When i open the application its totally not working I cant press any option Its looks like the phone is died The thing is after i close it by button press ( coz the cant log out ) The phone is working nicely So the application have problem

Always showing unable to login,please try again later,how many times i reset the password and security questions still failed..i followed the step by step instructions of hotline 1899899,still failed..please fix this issue..

i doubt this app belongs to Bank. my advise don't use it. 1st the app need my card ben. i think it very dangerous to but my card number + password!!!!!!!!? i am sure they are thieves . it doesn't make any sense... 2nd any online banking needs user name and password to access to the account not my critical info. that is confirmed they are thieves

It's down for more than 2 weeks and regularly giving a message that it needs an update which you can't apply.....nformed the call Center and branch several times and still nothing has been done yet . Poor customer service satisfaction and follow up.

It doesn't reflect transactions on the same day but yes balance gets deducted. Also even with good internet connection it runs very slow .. disappointed!:(

Very bad application.. It shows alot of errors while trying to login and sometimes it shows infinite process screen! If there is a zero star I would rate this application!!

The application stopped to show notifications for 2 months. I called the the banking service and they said I have no problem and everything is ok. but I still get no notifications for my transactions. Does anybody face the same problem??

Dear developer, the account statement download option is not available. When i try from web version, the pdf contains only statement and bank details such logo and customer details, account details are not available. Please include transaction statement download option in pdf or excel with bank logo, customer details and customer account details. Also while registering username accept space. It should not be. And enable mpin option for login.

The share link of ABKPAY is broken. When the link is ready to be shared, the button doesn't work. Such a simple feature yet broken while all other apps have it working. Disappointed. A request to fix it ASAP.

A must for every customer of ABK. It caters almost all the services a bank can do. It can also help you to withdraw money from ATM without Cards.

It is continuously showing check your credentials or contact bank. Not a good app. It is after every 4-5 days same problem happening. Without any password change why this message showing. So many time app is not working for so many hours. Banking app and having such a problem is very bad. Even no other option to check balance also. Zero star for this app.

Many times, I face log-in issues. Sometimes, it says log in already under process. Sometimes, it takes a long time to log in. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to clear the glitches. Moreover, this uninstall and reinstall process happens several times in a week. Did not expect such errors or glitches from a reputed bank's app.. So sad.

it is not letting mo log in. it says wrong pin, but when i check to the atm machine it is correct pin.

The bank new to add card deactivation and activation in this mobile app, giving bank customers opportunity to willfully deactivate the bank card if need be. Can also add the ability to login to ATM machine using this bank app i.e. login to the machine without the bank card.
