Very poor internet connectivity.Almost impossible to login and transact online due to lagging issues mind you I got a very stable internet connection .Am very disappointed 😕☹️

awful! that 'beneficiary name' that is made mandatory makes it hard to transact anything. it keeps rejecting every name you enter. sucks alot.

I don't know if the issue is with the app or your processing of payments, but everytime I make payments via this app, the money is deducted from my balances yet it doesn't reach to the recipient! And due to this, everytime I have to call customer support whom then refund and then apologize! In this process I also loose the transaction costs 😫 Now this has been happening several times and it's annoying, that's why I'll just give you guys a 2 star otherwise all other app features are amazing !

Dare make a mistake of starting the app if you have not switched on the data or WiFi. The app will not launch, despite switching on the data or WiFi. Worst thing is that the app will never notify you that the data or WiFi is unavailable. Even after 5 to 10 minutes of waiting for the app to get connected to the Internet it doesn't launch at all, keeps loading for over 5 minutes in the end, You'll just have to restart the phone for the app to launch and it won't launch immediately after restart.

I tried telling one Absa manager how useless this app is and how they could improve it and all he could say was every institution has their ways of running things. The app needs to be coded to fit it's android software Criteria. There are to many breakdowns on first opening and it's load times are to long.

I'm unable to send money to Mpesa from the app, I keep getting an error on beneficiary name. I enter a name but it still remains highlighted in red therefore I can't proceed with the transaction.

Latest update messed up things. Am unable to send money to mpesa/Airtel. Keeps prompting for a Beneficiary name, even after inputting the name the error doesn't go away

I have never been more frustrated by an app. The Barclays app used to work like a charm, this one is like a demon sent from hell to torment me. Nothing seems to work, just errors and exceptions. It has too much down time and when it's up and "running" & I try transact, it gets nearly to the end of the process before timing out or giving some error message. I've tried various alternatives to send money (pesalink, RTGS, interaccount) nothing. Only sending to Mpesa seems to work. 0 star if possible

I preferred the Barclays format for being able to pay credit cards. It was more logical. I find this one easier to use, though. When it was first launched the name was incredibly difficult to find the app as a start. It wasn't common sense and I had to call the contact centre to do my digital banking. That's actually a shame. Finding these apps should not require that. It seems that they renamed it because I think many others complained too.

Worst app ever! I'm a new customer and have never been able to log in. I've been back to the branch 3 times regarding this. Each time I change my password, enter it on their monitor and save the password on my phone. By the time i get home and try to log in, an error!! This is ridiculous. Can't you hire the right tech people to solve this issue?

I've not been able to access the app since yesterday it keeps telling me error GC01. I've been tolerant with this app for long. You people need to make changes plus I can't totally access the app while on data bundles, I have to use Wi-Fi meaning I have to be at home to make payments. Yesterday was the sixth time I had to make a call to my friends to send me money so I can make payments. I wish there was a way to review more than once, giving you bad reviews would have been my daily morning dose

Kindly introduce payment to other safaricom paybill numbers it's tiresome to have to move money from absa to mpesa then pay to a different paybill introduce this and will give a 5 star Also automate the verification code process from sms so we don't have to suffer copying each digit it's tiresome 🤦

The app can be annoying sometimes. I was forced to return goods when the app banned me from accessing my funds in the app telling me that there was no account when I had already logged in. I was utterly dissapointed.

Constant issues logging in. I have been trying to log in since Saturday but keep getting the same error message despite reinstalling and even restarting my device. Very poor customer service as well

Awful app, terrible experience. Every time I try to transact and I receive the OTP which requires me to come out the app for a second to see the code in my messages then when I go back to the app to enter the code it has logged me out. It is beyond frustrating because I simply cannot complete a transaction, I just go round in circles with this situation. I have raised it so many times with Absa and they never solve it. It's just a terrible app and awful customer experience.

Use the app very frequently. I appreciate the introduction of direct MPesa payments but wish the transaction wasn't only limited to your credit card but also debit card. Main issue for me is once I've completed a transaction and closed the app, when I return for a fresh transaction the app will not log me in and I have to restart my phone to get it to work which is highly inconvenient
