Have tried to register to the app but after entering my emirates id, the next step is choosing mobile number, unfortunately the number that i find there is not mine and i can not edit to write my correct number! So i couldn't register my account successfully. Help fix this issue please. Thx.

This Application is very good and important for All of license holders to know there all information related to fines cars plates traffic points. For the biginers also very easy to use and knowledgeable. I sogest this application for all of the people who have the driving license and they have own vehicles. Download the application and make easy your life. Thanks.

Not able to login. Always says that the user name or password is incorrect. Trying many time and just failing. It used to work properly but all of a sudden there seems to be an issue. Kindly rectify.

After the latest update the app always prompts that there's no Internet connection. Was able to login only once. Annoying 30-second animation at each launch - suggest investing in quality assurance rather than fancy animations.

Extremely poor back end. Gives false results. Live chat is dead! When paying traffic violation using credit card app gives error thar payment did not go through... When in fact it had. I ended paying twice using a second credit card... Which also gave the same false message... When you check to obtain payment records it says there are no records... Its a shame considering AD Police paid some one good money to develop this [you call it what you want]..the MOI App is much better.

They have varsity of service but unfortunately the most important functions are not working. I couldn't place a new complaint the field for the email is mandatory and the system is not accepting any type of emails. It shows "enter a valid email adddress"

love the app and everything was working fine until the latest update. can't view most pages (for eg: view license card and view registration card does not load), and for pages that do load, they take long time to load. kindly resolve please. make this app great again. version 3.2.6 I'm using android

App is of no use. I cannot make a simple complaint towards a dangerous driver without your app freezing or not loading, thereby allowing the driver to walk away unpunished. Tried to recover my password and never got the otp on my registered mobile phone. Was this app tested properly or does it only work on certain phone models.

The app is very user friendly, highly recommended to meet the requirements easy. I would recommend all users to try different options and check how to get the certificate related to you car and driving license etc..Use for yourself and understand how easy the application can be used.

App is becoming very poor, Previously this app was very easy to use and there was no technical issues. But nowadays eveeytime we try to make payment. There is always a problem. Sometimes after typing card details and when click confirm, details are going missing and asking us to enter different card number. And now, When I try with another card, It is not loading the OTP page. I am getting the OTP from bank but police application is showing error. Tried many times and I am upset.

Expectations were shattered. Considering what the UI looked like for some of the other government websites in the UAE, I'd have to give this a 5. Very responsive and smooth. Adding to that the simplified navigation of the menu and services, this turns into a super impressive app.

Very helpful and easy to use. Yet, there is a serious issue with the map. My experience with the map was frustrating. It is slow, sluggish, hangs, and after all the struggle it goes back to current location. This feature must be reviewed and corrected.

the app is very good, however it needs some bug fixing as below 1. after login I can not change the password and a message "somthing went wrong try again later" is always displayed. 2. every time I open the app it is asking for login credentials.. 3. if you do not use it for a week it will ask for update. pls fix these bugs because it is very useful app and alot of efforts has been invested in it.

Pathetic app..so many bugs don't know where to start 1) Pin doesn't match when I open the app.. then I have to logout and login again each time to open the application 2) no fingerprint setup option is available 3) The function which asks to select the correct icons like no u turn/pedestrian/traffic signal etc doesn't have that particular icon sometimes 4) The services category has lots of options to select but none of them actually work, everytime 'it says error has occurred please try again

This app is for government service and it's not working with my phone as it should be, it's very laggy and between every step a pop up window show up and keep me waiting for about 3-6 minutes very annoying. This app should smoothly work with every phone not only with iPhone or only with Android and also it should be tested very well with all phones.

Honestly found this app really efficient. Once I put my details in it tied into my UAE government data and clearly showed me access to my data, such as license expiry dates and renewal information. Renewing licenses was a doddle and paying the occasional fine was really straight forward. Sadly the app is being shut down and moved to the TAMM application, which on the one hand is great (only one place to find all of the services) but also terrible (far more complicated). This app will be missed.

You can't do anything until you open a file service which can't be found, too many passwords, pins and pictures just to get access and in the end I can't pay a simple traffic fine without eid, registration, license, creating an account, pin, selecting a picture, much simpler to drive to a police station and pay. All of the above applies to the web site as well, so after trying on linux, windows, android with chrome, firefox, edge and now app i give up
