the only thing ive been with netspend for 11 yrs i still pay for every time i swipe debit or credit or pay $10 once a month unlimited swipes and if i overdraft up to $10 after 11 yrs i dnt understand the flare its no different but i get paid 2 days early customer service is quick to fix transactions or card problems..

I'll try to be as nice as I can be! When I can't get into my bank account and do anything with my money, I'm thinking after almost a week not being able to open up the app I'm going to switch Banks. You're going to lose a lot of customers if you don't get your glitches fixed. I can say ive been a customer for many yrs. This is the first that this has happened. But for a week now its been a hit and miss. Ive read a lot of reviews on this issue and not to many happy customers. Please fix this

I've had this account for 10 years without any issues. Then they changed their payment processor to InGo Money & I haven't been able to cash a check using the app ever since. It makes this a useless account to me now. Garbage.

Needs work! App doesn't let me log in with new password,Yet i log in from the ace elite website through Google chrome every time! This happened about a year ago so i uninstalled it. Today, I re installed to see if it would work but sadly its still not fixed.

This is the worst app I've ever seen. It doesn't work worth a s***. The mobile check load doesn't capture photos correctly. Every pic goes darker after its taken and will not capture a readable pic. I spent 7hrs trying to upload my paycheck with no result. This happens Everytime. Then the casting fee changes randomly. From $16 to $37 to cash a $750 check. $15 , I can deal with, but $37 is Bulllshit!!! Even if it would actually process, your getting raped and too much frustration to ever recommend ACE to anyone I know. I've been with them over four years and in the last year or so,. The entire concept and the customer service has gone to Hell. I will be looking for another company after all this hassle

Your app is completely down as of 5 40 pm est mar 14 2022. Once logging in it says something went wrong at this time and are forced to close it. Even when trying to update on the app store it spins for a few seconds and stops. Something is def wrong on your end that needs to be addressed. We can't access our account at all. I assume no one can.

I love the app I love NetSpend/Ace. I've been with Netspend/Ace for years. Not only do I have a ace elite account I also have Ace flare and regular NetSpend account I've had them all for years and they have never given me any issue until a couple of days ago. For some reason I cannot log into my Ace elite Mobile app every time I hit that login button it refreshes the login screen and I can't get past it. But I don't have an issue logging into the website. I have tried everything

I got a new phone number and all my anytime alerts just stopped. I had a hard time down loading it again because we I can remember passwords. But if you take your time and read it. It's easier. Boy did I miss it. I keep up with all my deposit and transactions. I was lost with out it..

The App is great but the fees they charge to get money out is crazy, damn near theft. I was trying to buy a vehicle I took out $2,800.00 they took $65.00 in another withdrawal the they $187.00. ridiculous. Glad it was just a stopping point for my money. My money wont be resting there no more. I've been with them since 2011. Time to so long, but the App is great, and that is what I was asked. AGAIN APP IS GREAT FEES ARE DAMN NEAR THEFT. GREED!

I have not been able to search through the app for the last 4 says. It lets me log in but then it freezes not allowing me to transfer funds or do anything at all. This is happening with the Ace Flare app too. IT please check into your apps. The full site is doing the same thing.

I have not been able to load a check. Everytime I try to take a pic of the check it just goes to a blank black screen then goes back to the previous screen. To be sure i gat the app all the permissions needed and location is on. The developers of the app need to rethink this and fix it.

This app is awful. It doesn't let you log in and always says that your username is wrong or your password is wrong. I do it on my computer and it goes through fine. I want to use the app to deposit my check but cant so I have to go to the pay advance store where they charge you a fee....not good

App worked well in the 2018 and the fingerprint log in was the best idea. However, now the app needs to be updated (last update was October 2018). Payback rewards are not working, just says "trying to figure how you use your card"?? 😲🙄 Please update. I've been a loyal customer since 2006.

Been trying to work with this app for over a year. The problem is, it doesn't work. When and if it does, it is for short term and has too many issues. Tired of uninstalling and reinstalling to accomplish simple tasks. Switching to a more direct access through Ingo. Thanks but no thanks. Time to let you go.

I can do everything I want to do on the website. I downloaded the app for one feature only. I really wanted to use the mobile check upload, and it doesn't work. Everytime you take the first picture, it kicks you out of the feature. I've tried it multiple times with different checks, and it's always the same. Completely worthless.

Great!!! I wish I could load my card at a self-service kiosk, located everywhere. Wait the kiosk can't determine the difference between funny money and real capital. DUH,, yes they can and already do.

I down loaded this app and got the card, deposited 80 dollars. Now it won't even recognize I activated it. Ace elite sends me to netspend and netspend sends me back to ace elite. Wish I never would have got the card. I guess I just need to leave my money in there until I spend because I tried to transfer it and I couldn't. Can't recommend.

Very VERY terrible service! Tried activating the card 11 times now! Could not even use the app, so I tried the hotline. The only real human being I keep getting sent to was very rude and dismissive with the least amount of help possible. System almost never recognizes I exist even though I already have an account set up. Could not even get my money back. Has customer service just gone down the drain??? The only reason it got one star was to review. 0 out of 5, would not recommend so far.

Stopped working. Suddenly I can't access my account through the app or browser. Just loads a blank white screen on both. Since Sept 16th. Uninstalled, reinstalled, updated, and even did factory reset. Frustrated, I decided to open a Flare account instead. Same issues with Flare also. Looked at the reviews on the NetSpend app, many people having the same issues there too. What is going on?! This has been ongoing for over a month with other users. Unacceptable. Will be forced to close my account

Worked great in the past, but now there's so many pop-ups when you log in, you have 95% chance that it will freeze before you can check your balance. You have to keep opening amd closing it and re-logging in until it finally displays your balance. But, once it displays the balance, it freezes. Theres supposed to be multiple pop-ups that are supposed to hide your balance until you agree to their nonsense, or simply close them, but it doesn't work like that anymore. instead, it just freezes.
