I have been using this app fairly frequently to send money to my folks. Sadly there is no welfare system there. I digress. After two or three very successful transfers, I had problems using the app on my phone. However, it works brilliantly on my iPad mini. Transfers are swift. Updates are immediate. And rates are very clear and competitive. What is more, commissions are less than a pound. All round, a brilliant app and service. Hopefully, it works on my phone again.

Great exchange rate compared to other competitors. I was very impressed to have been called to verify my transaction because they noticed something wasn't right about the execution location. Only for me to confirm to them that I was using a VPN and they advised further. This is something I never got from other transfer apps I've been using and it makes me feel secure and cared for. However, I think the app layout can be aesthetically improved and made faster (transaction speed too). Weldon!

ACE Money Transfer app still remains one of the best, Good rates, good and efficient customer care service, and in general very good services, Although I have had some issues with 1 or 2 transfers, it was quickly resolved, but most of my transfers are credited between 5 - 15 minutes. Worst money tranfer app i ever used.... Guys please dont download the app. Because they took too many days to take the transfer. The reason they told me that the documents were uploaded was not clear.. And i upload again and again 5 more times with clearly. But they repeated the same thing...! And my amount is still stuck it their gateway.

I just download ace and make account but when i login every time it says your account is not verified and confirm your Email address. But I did 100 times.

The receiver inactivation procedure does not work. There is no button to tap to inactivate a receiver.

If you need the money quickly, don't pay as bank transfer, even if the rate is higher. It will take 2, 3 days at least. Credit or debit card payment is quicker.

They only give you a high rate to lure customers to use the platform. They have very poor customer service. They kept my transaction for more than 24hrs without paying it out to the beneficiary. Please, any large amount sent via ACE will be held up for no reason, until I cancel the transaction myself. My money will be held up with ACE, for days untill when they feel like ok to release it. I'll keep you all updated on how long it takes for ACE to refund me.Not again for me. Done!!

Worst Service ever, it's been more than 1 month whenever I want to send money. There is an option to account for verification. Even when I fill the verification requirements, it says there is an Error, what error nobody knows. I want to contact the helpline but no respond. Bad service.

Good service, sometimes with good rates. But don't try them in an emergency situation. They can take their sweet times to complete a transaction, even days.

This app was good before. But now it getting worse. Every time I try to send money it shows incomplete, and saying please complete your fund. I keep trying and everytime it showing incomplete

ACE is a USELESS aap/ company. I transferred money for the first time. All the requirements were met, but the recipients never got the funds without any particular issue. I called customer service a couple of times, but they couldn't tell me what had happened to the funds they didn't have anything under control when funds are transferred. After almost a week, I still had to cancel the transaction and had to wait for 5 working days to receive my money back. I am still in the waiting process.

Easy to use and good value but app crashed a lot. Took me 4 times to restart the process from start to complete my first transaction because app kept crashing. Very good exchange rate and easy to use otherwise.

Used to be good but not anymore. Sometime hold money for long time for no reason and if you cancel it then will held for further few days. Now rates are lower than Remitly but used to be higher. Since new update lot of issues not user friendly, log u out for no reason and also when u try to transfer using debit card after the payment it will show not completed message for no reason... u keep trying again and again may be u got luck sometime but not most of the time
