I did not know that I was going to get charged for the Yearly Subscription to continue to use this app! It is upsetting to know I was charged when I was NOT asked or made aware correctly the yearly charged Subscription payment! I a wishing to have this reversed and given my money back as I feel this was not done correctly. I do NOT want the Yearly Pro Action that was purchased without me knowing of it!! Please do something and take care of this!

Whats the point of having a PRO membership ($99/YR), if all the functions of that PRO membership don't work? Can no longer set line movement alerts, which is huge in price comparison. Have had CONSTANT issues with betsync, specifically from Draftkings. They didn't tell users that the dropped partnership with MGM betsync but gained barstool, so all of your bets for days if you didn't check, were not logged. I like what they are doing here, but the app runs so slow for how basic the interface is.

On their app they had 59.99 annual membership fee which i paid. A month later I was charged 29.99. I immediately emailed them and was told at the time I signed up the MONTHLY was 59.99 a month and it was advertised as the annual which was a mistake. They had since dropped the monthly to 29.99. Bottom line is at the least they are engaging in false advertising. I would stay away from this app and would never recommend it to anyone.

There's no support options or features. I tried to trial the pro version of this app and it never let me use any of the features even though in my email it would tell me I'm pro when on the actual app I wasn't. After a couple of days it said there was an error and I cancelled as it has just been a waste of time. I keep getting different offers to try for free just to be told I'm ineligible, what a joke.

I am editing my review because Action did reach out and help me with the autorenew issue. Action offers a lot of content. I've been with them over a year now and familiar with most names. Most articles provide significant data/explanation for their picks, but I have to say I haven't found anyone consistent enough to consider reliable. A useful source for gathering data and comparing with other sources.

Last update messed everything up. When you're trying to track a bet from somebody you follow you can't change odds anymore, even though, my bookie sometimes offer different odds. Tracking bets don't work anymore, the button is there but when you press it nothing happens. Notifications from people you follow are all screwed and don't work anymore, notifications just don't notify anything, or just some of them, but not all. It used to be a very great app. It's sad, really

I gave the Action Network $60 to provide me with nothing. The app simply does not work. And their customer support is so bad, I'd almost prefer spending my day on the phone with Optimum. If the service worked, I'd have no issues spending the money. For the first two weeks of my subscription, there was decent content and a lot of useful information. Nowadays, the app basically is an over glorified schedule tracker. They don't seem interested in providing refunds (shocker). DO NOT BUY

Overall the app is fantastic and I utilize it daily. The custom pick feature needs work and has to be utilized frequently for sports not available. Recently the app has shown my stats incorrectly and doesn't match my true stats as shown in the online platform. You aren't able to categorize custom bets either so that they reflect in the proper sport or league and they appear with the date entered which can't be changed so if you wait to track a bet the date of the bet can't be adjusted.

Been trying to change the phone number associated with my account for 4 days now and can't get any help from support. If I was able to find where to change the number I would do it myself. Update....Still waiting for support it's been 4 days and no answer. This app is garbage and support is non-existent. I still haven't been able to edit my phone number, no one has answered my emails or support requests in the app. I did however recieve my referral rewards via gift card. I just don't get it!

Can't Track Doubles Tennis, Don't Like How Things Are Not Available To Track. Its Honestly Kinda Ridiculous To Not Have Doubles Tennis It's Not Like It's An Obscure Thing Ruined All My Tracking Now Because Of It, Because Now It Will Never Be The True Thing

like the app, but after today's update on android. the app will not fully open. it tries to open then crashes. I did uninstall and reinstalled and have not had any issues since then. Thanks for the reply!

okay performing app. pros: + simple UI to add bets + useful tracking metrics over time + live odds + social network for other cappers cons: - share functionality has never worked for me - live matches will sometimes just bug out and lag behind in updates - limited tennis leagues only to ATP and WTA (at least challenger level tennis should be on it) - limited tennis market.

I enjoy the stats, but the app is buggy as hell. I'll have to back out and refresh a page 3 times to load a screen. The parlay tracker no longer allows me to customize spreads and odds, which has made it completely obsolete. The injuries listed (or moreso unlisted) are almost always wrong or incomplete. It was pretty good for a while but has only gotten worse.

BetScan was a cool feature but it completely stopped working 2 days ago. out of nowhere it gets a "service error" now and is completely unusable. Bet Sync does not and has not ever worked in any capacity and is a complete shame.

Not good, but no better alternative. Action USED TO have a feature that would automatically sync your picks with your sportsbook, making it very easy for you to track bets and stats. They took that feature away though. Also, the notifications for following a friend or a pro never work. I have been in touch with support several times, and I am still not being notified when anyone makes a pick. this app has potential to be great, but it has holes in its potentially coolest and most useful features

Great app for tracking your bets if you're a sports handicapper, but that's about it. The app is very buggy. The professional "cappers" are ok at best. Some articles are informative. Overall, the app is great for tracking and some minor insight. Paid for the "edge" 2 different times and both they never helped me make any money. Keep to the free version. Don't pay for anything.

It's a great app, tremendous information and you can sync your bets which is great. There's only one problem I have. When I put my bets in to try and track them, those bets don't seem to be included in the Action Network tracker. Lately I've been having trouble opening the app, it crashes everytime I open it (I have uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times)

This app used to be really good, i've used it for 4yrs. On bet day it has gotten progressively worse over time (with updates). Rn during March madness it does show all of the games. It's only showing games from the NCAA tournament and not games from NIT,CBI,CIT. what's the point of paying for access if all of the info that you're paying for isn't given to you to make the optimal bet? That limits the games that you can play on based off the information given to you!

signed up because the referral program and never did get that for referring someone. I even received an email saying if i chose venmo it would take a bit longer and that was fine but it never came. the app isn't terrible and can come in handy and I did the free trial and it didn't help me win any. But overall it can be useful for tracking bets. Just wished I would've gotten what they said for referring someone.
