On my son's phone, the QR code does not scan, it is rectangular and QR code is square, what's the problem? He was unable to participate in the game. My phone has a square scanner.

Horrible, absolutely horrendous UI & UX for anything made with this. The only reason you should ever consider using this is if your budget is 0.

Easy to use. The participants had great fun. I feel it's very easy to used. The only thing need to be address is the tutorial. It's too basic.

I love this app. Have used it over several years to produce fun, informative and important 'treasure hunts' for parties, work and social issues. Just brilliant.

Love the app, sometimes can be difficult to use but overall its pretty good. Be aware you can't create a course on a mobile device.

Intuitive interface to create treasure hunt and was easy to customize for our own theme with lots of functionality. Quiz feature was an added bonus. Worked great for our needs - single player - graduation. Highly recommend!

Today I used this app for the first time, doing Ipplepen Christmas treasure hunt. It has been a bit of a tonic for me, as I was having a bit of a tough day. I love this sort of fun, perfect for a geocacher without the geocaches for a change.

My rating is a mix of app (5 stars) and content (1 star, but not on the hands of the developer. I like the idea, but the content needs to be curated. Mostl often there is a private reference, advertisement or something Christian. Sorry, neither is my cup of tea. Kudos for the idea though!

This could be a fun app. So i'd easily give it 4 points at least. Too bad that in most cases the direction arrow does NOT WORK AT ALL. Which turns even the easiset bounds into heaps of frustration....

No Ads, free even to create an own bound. i really like the idea. thanks for giving it to us. also you can preload bounds, which is a quite nice feature, if you are short on mobile data. also great for scouting activities :)

This app is a great 'low-code' way to get a decent amount of functionality into a quiz/scavenger hunt format. The UI may not be too flashy but it's really quite decent for a free low code app. I think the average rating under 3 stars is very harsh, deserves 4 at least I'd say.

Set up account and created a test Bound on my PC. Published for testing - viewed ok at home via wi-fi. Arrive at Bound Start point and launch app. Find My Bound, enter name and agree to Ts&C's. Tap 'Let's Go' button. Black screen.... Same now at home on wi-fi. That's my review. I had such great hopes for this app: I liked the dashboard interface and the idea of points for missions, but if my bog-standard Samsung S8 can't run it, it's useless. Almost no help available when Googled.

I had high hopes for this product as I work at a school district that is constantly looking for new and exciting ways to implement the technology we have to better facilitate student learning and relationships. I showcased this product to the staff during a brief inservice for teacher training, displaying how the technology could be layered alongside their current curriculum. Anything that improves learning and doesn't require hours up upfront work on the teachers part is useful and it is what I recommend. I didn't ask anything of the company because I enjoy informing my fellow teachers about new and promising technology. I'm sure Actionboud has sales staff that does this and that they pay them well for it. instead of helping me spread the word on their product, Actionbound wants to bill me $45 for the one-time use. I have explained the situation to them, but they are more interested in bullying the money out of teachers than they are in getting feedback to improve their product so they can reach the education market. Use this software at your own risk. Updated: Two years later, the company sends me a bill to my campus I will gladly pay the $45 to get rid of them and their abhorrent practice. Looks like I'll be posting more bad review for them.

The app is really good once you get the idea how it works and learn to use its features. The design and ux/ui is a bit outdated, but still functional. In good hands can do miracles. Issues are hard to avoid as long as the experience depends on multiple parties (device, creators, platform, hosting providers, users), so ignore the score, it's underrated. Looking forward to updates and new features.

I usually never leave reviews for apps. But this one is honestly so brilliant that I have to. I planned an amazing race birthday party for my friend and this app made everything so effortless and easy. Everyone kept raving about how well planned out the race was, and honestly I can't take credit because this app did most of the work. Highly recommend!

Used this app to make an Easter egg hunt for my GF, it's really easy to use and very flexible with loads of options for clues. I thought it would be the kind of app to use once and delete, but there are loads of hunts on there. I have since been using it to explore my local city, although it's limited at the minute, the more people that use it and make hunts, the better it will be. I'm already planning a few of my own now

Can't understand the negative reviews. I used Actionbound to create three Christmas Day "Quests" for my family members. The longest one had 87 steps and kept my teens busy and driving around the neighborhood for over two hours. It's was a huge hit. The app and associated website are easy and incredibly fun! I was glad I found it and plan to use it again in the future. Thanks for the cool idea!
