I missed the old App since it's accessible than this new one. The old App was more handy since I can even check my PIP investment. This new App is like an empty box since it can't provide OTP for you to be able to make transfers. The provision of this new App is unprofessional since it lacks proper banking functions. ADB must wake up.

this particular update really sucks. d old app was even far better. i cannot recharge or top up my balance. auto sign in and fingerprint has been left out. even simple account transfer or account to wallet push is another issue. in short ur services are very poor. hire competent ppl to work on ur app cos it really sucks. Thank u.

This app is nothing to talk good about. The auto-refilling sign in is not working. Anytime I log in with my phone I get a message alerting me of my log in, as if I use a different phone to log in every-time... its boring. Also, I cannot transfer any fund to my mobile money wallet. This is a poor update, it only has nice graphics. Nobody should update to it, incase you haven't yet updated from the old app.

Another update. Nicer interface as usual. BUT we need the damn app to work... 1. OTPs are still slow in coming or don't come at all sometimes. 2. Still no fingerprint feature to login to save time. 3.Can the history of transactions be a little longer? I don't know when the next fix will come but please you guys need to do more.

The updated app automatically displays my user name and waits for me to enter the password. I think it's not the best. If someone get access to my phone, he can enter wrong passwords to disable my account because the user name is already in. without the user name, the person would have to enter both my user name and password, both may not tally with my account and cannot disable my account on my phone. Update the app to be able to show the interest rate on PIP Accounts. Thanks

No doubt this app is good but honestly it's not serving its purpose. It locks out on you when you need it most. For the past three days, I recharged airtime with the app, the account has been debited but the airtime hasn't arrived yet. Now the narration part is not appearing when sending money yet the system keeps asking to fill in a narration. Please work on this immediately because some of us rely solely on the app for transactions.

In fact, the old version is better than this current one I've never had a smooth ride with this new version since I updated it. I enter my user name and password and I'm told they are wrong. It takes forever to generate otp. As if that's not enough, this app disgraced me today. I had to make an urgent withdrawal to settle a debt, which I confirmed to my creditor that I'm sending the money. However, I'm told operation failed after I enter ten different OTP for ten consecutive times. Disappointin

The app is useful, no doubt. But recently, transactions to mobile accounts have been failing. When it happens, the account is debited but the money never gets to the recipient. It sometimes takes days and calling the office before I get credited. The transaction charge however is not returned. As little as it may be, it's still money

The recent update on 1st feb 2024 doesn't allow to transfer money fast. It will take long to go through and it doesn't even goes through showing error message .

I must admit the new update has made the app look modern. However, the UX has been compromised. Typical example is the autocomplete sign in. Now I have to enter my details everytime. Secondly, the most important information for which I was using the app is no more visible, my investment. After, the update the account I can see is my normal account. I have gone to the 'My Accounts' menu of the app and still same. Unless, I have missed something I am beginning to regret the update I just did.

Really regretted after updating the app due to its inability to display my other accounts. Almost all other reviews have lunched same complain. The older app makes it easy to view balances across all accounts without necessarily moving to the bank. I think this should be reviewed. However kudos to the developers. The new features really are also helpful. I tried uninstalling update feature on my device but, this device does not support that feature. Let's make it perfect at once. Great work.

Your app nowadays is annoying. You can't get money urgent again. It will take several hours before it will go through but all other deductions like e - levy plus your deductions will be duducted. We need it to be fixed it's causing problems for us

Deeply regretted for upgrading my app since l haven't been able to open my account due to failure attempts to enter a newly prescribed password hint given by the bank. Help make it easier as it was with the old app.

Great, but lacking some important features. You can view your statement, old transactions disappear as and when the user perform new transactions. Kindly fix them

The old version was better.Since February I updated,I have not been able to use it.Anytime I enter my password it tells me it's wrong.I have to go to the bank for them to rectify it for me.Time wasting and frustrating.

Great new interface. App don't recognise my Username/pass sometimes. Same issue with older versions. Now I have to deal with hrs of traffic to bank.

I recently signed myself to this app thinking it was going to be great....but not knowing...it is the greatest scam...I bought airtime with the app and it performed perfectly... recently when I tried to buy airtime again ...they told me purchase failed ...I tried again ... they said the same thing....I did not realize it....they where deducting the money from my account ...so I went to check if the airtime had come on my sim...but there was nothing... I'm really disappointed in adb

The app is missing one feature I believe is very necessary. By introducing online customer service, where a customer who can't go to the office because of circumstances can reach out to a customer service agent in the available working hours for assistance to help them solve and understand challenges they are facing. Since emails sent to your email addresses are not been replied, I believe enabling this feature in the app will help serve your customer anywhere within their reach on the app.

IDK what is happening, but I'm sure this could be an access error. I just updated the app today, and I tried to log in with my previous password. I was redirected to a page where it says I need to reset my password. I did just that but upon trying to login after a while, the sign I'm directed me to the password reset again as if there has been wrong linking of maybe forgotten password with the sign in button. How can this be fixed please, it frustrating me.

I updated the app yesterday, I tried to transfer money from my account to mobile money wallet, the transaction fails but the E-LEVY and the app fee was deducted from my account, all the times I tried to make the transfer, they have taken more than 200gh from my account and I didn't get the money I wanted to transfer. How is this possible, I have been calling ADB but no one is answering me, this is very bad experience.
