Terrible app now - no "remedies" proposed by developers do any good. Pages freeze intermittently, but it is constant. No apparent rhyme or reason. Clearing the cache does nothing. Must force close app and sometimes the phone must be rebooted! Please fix this this then back to 5 stars. Last 2 updates have been horrendous. Note 9 with all updates. 🤯

Never seems to block most of the ads, even with the advantage of my vpn blocking ads before it even arrives. Even better, the lack of any customization or manual blocking leaves this browser simply useless in half my sites. The cherry on top is the mountain of data the app wants to send just to report their severely limited filters didn't work. Big surprise. This is why I use uBlock on desktop. None of this nonsense. Do better.

Generally I love the browser, but lately I've been having issues with YouTube. I often watch videos full screen on my phone to get to sleep but recently when I wake up I see the browser has prevented my screen going to sleep when the video has ended and my screen has been on all night draining battery and shortening display lifespan. Also sometimes going to full screen on YouTube Mo's tof the screen is black and the video shows partially in the corner, the rest f the video is off the screen.

It seems to work fine, but it's missing one of the features I absolutely loved from the old browser - the Tab Queue. I like to scroll the Google news feed and tap several links at a time, and the Tab Queue allowed those links to be saved in the background and opened the next time I opened my browser.

I'm not experiencing any issues with this beta. A phenomenal browsing experience, smoothly scrolling and I'm not getting any breakthrough Ads. It's important to spend a few minutes adjusting settings to your needs to obtain the best experience - it will be a few minutes well spent. I'm now using as my default browser and look forward to future developments. Thank you Team! 5*

One would think this app would prevent any and all additional tabs from opening. It doesn't. One would think it would allow total script management so nothing runs without your say. It doesn't. Having to manually clear browser history and go down the list individually, also not cool. The fact is that all current Android browsers are terrible and this is the best I've found. It does stop in current page ads very well. Being able to blacklist the domains of pages in the history list would be nice.

A great improvement on the original app, which was already a good browser. It's the details that count: old YouTube videos auto-silencing unless tapped if you left them open when you return to the app, for instance. Genious. There's also limited ability to play YouTube in the background or with the screen off, if you leave it on autoplay - I think it's a bug, but I wish it was a feature. Being able to play YouTube in the background would turn this into a great replacement for any other music app.

This app is good for annoying ads. When website have few ads I'll usually don't because I would like to support other people like this app so I'm give a good review so that the app would get acknowledged. Thanks to everyone who worked on this app or supported.

It blocks the ads as expected, but I can't access the tab groups. I use it often and it provides a good overview of all my open tabs. Please bring back the tab groups. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star app.

Since installing the beta due to the at the time Android 10 compatability issues, I've had no issues with it thus far, except for certian websites like crunchyroll. It will play videos fine, but if anything tries to access camera or screenshot features, after the "some app is preventing screenshots" notification it crashes the video and will not reload. I don't know if this intentional behavior or not for security reasons.

I've only been using it for a short time, but it truly does an amazing job at blocking ads, particularly the now offensive video ads that use time and power from the phone. Highly suggest an install. Be mindful that you have time open the App to browse, but Google is already a default cover, as is YouTube and se real others. two places I go to all the time.

As of the past few days, even before I updated, ads have been showing up all over the place, even in the middle of youtube videos where there is not supposed to be an ad. The ads are almost acting like Microsoft viruses. UPDATE: Now I know the ads show up like Microsoft viruses: Adblock is a Google product. As of this very last update. The app has been opening up NON-STOP in the background and eating up storage info. Not exaggerating. IT STARTS ITSELF UP AND DIGS THROUGH STORAGE INFO.

Good but needs more stability improvements crashes and freezes when doing certain actions through the browser. Sometimes scrolling is very jerky and hesitant. Page loading time could a be a bit better. Not that smooth as it is in original Chrome browser. Lastly the app needs a more appealing icon. If these things are addressed I will definitely switch over permanently.

So many glitches I m so annoyed that I'm just finally uninstalling! Can't watch anything cause this app can't figure out how to maximize videos with out a 24 chant and goddamn blood sacrifice. Please get rid of all the gestures swiping every random direction to scroll, manipulate, maximize, adjust settings, idk What you're trying to do with this But it's not useful, not intuitive and just straight does not work. I'm tired of yelling at this app when I just want to throw on music. Good luck man.

This app was great for about 6 months. Now it doesn't work at all. Every website I go to I'm bombarded with ads. The quick settings of the app show that it's not blocking any ads when I have everything set to block. Even resetting the ap doesn't work. I don't know if this is because of a recent update as my aps update automatically. But this is unusable for me until it is fixed. Very disappointed.

The previous update broke the app in such a way that it rarely worked. Luckily the new update has fixed that issue and other underlying ones. Still wonky to use, but worth it to avoid the ads that plague everyday life. Edit, April 25 2020. Upon further use, I have noticed that it has almost completely stopped blocking ads in most cases, which is highly disappointing. I am reducing the score to 1 star until they make it so the app actually does as advertised.

It works and that's all I needed. I tend to do quite a lot of web/light novel reading on my phone, however most of the websites are plagued with ads of the most annoying kind. This one blocks them all including the godforsaken google ads that you can close but then it just leaves a big ugly white box that covers 1/4 of the damn screen. With this app it no longer exists. I can finally read my stuff in peace.

I used to use your other app which worked fine until it forcebly upgraded to this, losing all my settings and bookmarks in the process (thanks for that by the way). The worst part is it shows even more ads than before now. Even though I have disabled unintrusove ads, I still see them. The only reason Im still on this is the other adblock browsers dont seem to work either. Edit: It seems Brave is a good browser for actually blocking ads. I just recently switched to that and am quite happy.

Works ok, but when it comes to YouTube there seems to be a few problems. First, the loading time is longer, which I understand that is because of the amount of ads, but is it really ok that it took like 30 secs to go to the next song? No. Secondly, YouTube then started to act strange. First, half of the screen was taken up by a white bar, which would sometimes change position, go fullscreen for no reason, and then YouTube would completely black out. Please fix, this is kinda annoying
