App not working properly. When I try to scan my docs but getting errors while opening the camera to scan the Emirates ID. Technical team has worst service.

Really very worst app I ever had in my entire life, after signing up for the onboarding, they are still asking my documents for verification. I have wasted my 15 to 20 days for waiting.

I've been trying to scan my documents with no success as whenever tried to capture the document then the app hangs and force the phone to automatically restart. The app has serious glitches so hoping the developer to sort it out.

Very worst app, I made a 10GBP transfer my money was missing, tried contacting the support but no positive response, then they restricted my account, now I can't use my account anymore

After 2 to 5 smooth transactions. They will hold ongoing and incoming payments with high level scrutiny. At times asking for private information ( date of birth of sender, bank statement). After some time transacting with this bank becomes difficult and utter headache. ADCB is the best bank in UAE. But NOMO is not living upto that standard.

Transfers to UAE or even to other UK banks take a very long time, up to even a week or more for UK, without explanation on delay. Customer services unresponsive at times despite claiming 24/7. You will get a ticket number 24/7 but not necessarily a real response.
