Very difficult app, I changed my mobile and not able to install in new mobile thinking of changing my bank account to another bank, it's not useful even after talking to their customer service.

App crashes every time i try to sign in. and the uae pass option has been removed, which was an easier way to sign in. Very frustrating.

For the past week, whenever I open the app, it displays a message saying, "Your profile and document update application has expired." I've tried updating it multiple times, but after scanning my passport, it always ends with the error message, "Something went wrong." Could you please explain?

My worst experience ever for all the years I have been in UAE 🇦🇪 I have issues with my account where they put restrictions on it that I can't withdraw money till my KYC IS UPDATED And I updated everything successful but still no help or action was taken to resolve this issue I have visited their branch at Al wahda mall for many times and called customer care services many times but only told me to raise this issue as a complaint to the complaints department and still now it's weeks no help

1 star because there is no zero I encountered an issue while updating my documents (UAE ID, passport, and salary certificate). The UAE ID scanned successfully, but the app crashes after scanning the passport, showing: "Something went wrong, please try again." I tried reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. A branch visit didn’t help as it’s beyond their control. Also, I couldn’t reach support via email as the system is full. Using Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G, Android 14

Worst bank ever, the IT stuff is disaster, they shifted from detailed online banking to simple without testing system, they blocked the information in app and online banking the amount of local currency equivalent to foreign transactions, worst than anything, they don't offer any help just register a complaint without a solution, pretending write to us or call us will resolve it, but nothing happens

I am trying to renew my documents to reactivate the account, but the bank is very complicated. I sent them everything that is required, and then they say that the documents were rejected. I will cancel my relationship with the bank and I will not advise anyone to deal with it.

In my experience very prostrated, selfie scan always says can't scan, then exceeded the maximum of attempt. Please fix the bugs. If there's zero start I give. Thank you

Great app. I just have a couple of suggestions: I wish there could be a pop up notification approve transactions. And also to allow for approvals in one session without having to log out and log in to confirm new incoming transactions.

No response to inquiry. No way to get help. No follow up on the raised requests through emails. ADIB Keeps asking for more and more documents for nothing. 👎 They just send the automatic reply only like the message below. The application is unfriendly. Ask to update data always.

Updated: It worked when I activated my card from whatsapp chat banking and then tried to register on the app. Would have been better to give a proper error message instead of generic technical issue error. Unable to register on the app. Previous comment: Getting error everytime saying Unable to proceed due to techincal issues. Please try again. Tried almost 10 times, same error message.

asked to updates my documents but whatever I try to take passport copy it keep asking to take first page ,there is limited days and time to update, sound like they don't want me to stay with bank . (update ) in last day now there is option to update my files with uaepass which was not enabled before ,I don't know what the idea of enabling this option in last day not before ,so I update my files with uaepass and complete

FIX updating the KYC from the app please ! I don't want to go to the branch to do it, I opened my account through the app and I want to use the online banking! it's frustrating to not even having an option to update it through a service request through email or call , also it's very hard to reach to your customer care through WhatsApp

I always receive SMS messages whenever I make a transaction. Recently, adib made a new service which includes receiving transaction details as a notification rather than SMS. So everyday I open the app, I get a stupid pop-up message asking me to enable the service (I don't want that. I want to receive sms messages), and there is no "don't show this message again" button to stop the pop-up notification. It is very frustrating and I hate it

I have just opened an account and when i try to open the app for the first time and arrive at the step of PIN creation, even when I put a valid one in both screens, that isn't a date or a 1234 etc I get an error message "technical issue, try again". I got this easy 10 times ! Which always makes me start the whole process again and again. Very disappointing experience !

Trying to open an account since more then a month. Everytime I reach the point where I should scan the address page of the passport, it says "incorrect document"!! I mean what does it actually looking for? Tried hundreds of times in all different lighting and angel and always a failure. No solution from the customer service either.

Worst Customer Service experience ever. The customer service representatives are not aware about the bank processes. I am chasing a very small issue since 2 months related to my credit card. The mobile app is not connected to the rewards points. There is no option to change your pin, the interface is extremely basic. I will never use this bank again

1. New app makes is impossible to transfer money to a USA account. It indicates an IBAN number is required, but when entering USA bank details, there is no option to enter IBAN. 2. It is too easy to transfer money from a credit card to current account with no confirmation screen or password reentry with no way to cancel the transaction. Be aware of extremely high fees for this service. I paid the card back in 10 minutes, filed complaint that was rejected by the bank. Poor customer service.
