There are a lot of problems. I never buy cigarette and when I scaned, it gave me error that I bought cigarette. Funny. Secondly, I am unable to scan qr code most of the time. It always blur. After almost 10+ tries it scans. From last few weeks, I cannot scan at all. When I try to scan, it takes me back to the main page. Can you please fix the issues?

It's not user friendly and the 800-300 call center is difficult to reach. I placed a call for nearly 10 minutes on 3 occasions but it been always unsuccessful. Furthermore, I've been to 6 different gas stations and all their systems were inconveniently offline. Luckily, one staff was diligent enough to update my details manually, which took her almost 30 minutes to do so. Moreover, I've not gained any points since 2019 because of this update issues.

Nice app, and useful for rewards. In fact some great offers and the ability to pay from the mobile device. Main problem though is the wallet. The balance is displayed much lower than what it actually is; this results is you topping up, only to find later that the balance is then correctly shown. Be wary of this. Hence deduction of 2 stars.

When ever you order LPG through app you need wait for 12 hours to get it cancelled. Service gone down to worse in last few months.. Anyway nothing gonna change with this review either.

Very poor services... I had somany bad experiences ADNOC management have to fix those are ASAP. 1. I order one LPG gas from application it's took more than 3 hours not delivered My order number is # 647215 When I call customers service they said they will prioritise my order 2 hours before. When I call supervisor he said it will take 2 hours.. after 2 hours I call the supervisor he did not Intrest... to deliver. This kind of things happened continously for me..

Claims not getting updated in the account. Last I got the claim was Sept 2023, after that I'm just scanning my fuel receipts . Now noticed that they are not updating in the claim section. Very very bad.

Why does the "CLAIM" & "VOUCHERS" tabs on the app don't work. Cannot claim passed points with my receipt and also can't view my earned or expired vouchers whenever I want. Pls fix it. It's very inconveniencing.

I registered my car already, but the app still says no car registered. When i registered the same car again, the app will say the car is already registered, but still its not in the lists. I cannot use the app!!!

App is very useful but customercare service unsatisfying. I have application glitch my falcon rank is gold but in application showing blue. Because of that I complained many times to customercare service. they always says in a week we will fix this problem. Now it's been more then 3 months now I'm still blue in application

PLEASE BRING BACK THE "STOP EV CHARGING" BUTTON. Dear app development team. The ADNOC Distribution app is great, I use it for many services. Most importantly, I use it for charging my EV at ADNOC stations. The latest update is great. My only issue is, there's no way to stop charging. The app says "unplug to stop charging", but my car does not allow me to unplug if charging is ongoing. So please urgently bring back the button to stop charging. Then I'll change this review to 5 stars.

I use the App almost everyday owing to my rapid travel. Truly a great experience, as it helps me go cashless. The rewards and surprises are the icing on the cake! Wonderful way to save and enjoy a lovely lifestyle!
