I just signed up for Accountant Connect earlier today. Now, I'm trying to access the website from my phone and directs me go this app when I sign in. I downloaded the app and installed it. When I try to sign in there, it tells me my info is not correct yet I know it is. I feel like this isn't the correct app for accountants.

I have received an email with client appreciation points. I am trying to redeem the point with some merchandise and us asking me to log in, which I did. It took me to my ADP run app and that's it! I can't continue shopping with my points. I tried so many times that I gave up.

Are there any plans to update the app? If not and if there's no date in the immediate future can you at least let us access the website from our phones. That's what makes this so frustrating. You won't give us phone access to the website but force use if the app that still has no features. PLEASE AT LEAST LET US ACCESS THE WEBSITE VIA PHONES UNTIL THE APP IS UPDATED. THANK YOU

I agree. the mobile app is very difficult. When I am out of the state or country I have to find a secure WIFI and pull out my laptop. This is horrible. I will not use it until they come up with something a whole lot better. For the money we pay ADP this app is well below their standards. If I were them I would take it down.

Extremely limited functionality vs the website, and if you try to go to the website on your mobile device, it just opens the app. This means you have almost no capability when on the road unless you bring a laptop. You can submit payroll, but that's about it. You can't change employee info or pay rate or anything. Also can't connect to Wave through the app, and Wave forces you to connect through ADP, meaning I can get to Wave on my phone AT ALL because I signed up through ADP.

I want to complete an employee setup from my phone before running payroll and I am not able to go to the website from my phone because or redirects to the app, and the app does not have the functionality. My laptop is having issues and I'm at a roadblock now for running payroll. Extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory. Did not expect this from a company like ADP.

Nothing works on the app. All you can successfully do is log in. That's it. When you try to do anything on the mobile site, it forces you to an app that doesn't let you do anything. Frustrating to say the least ***Update Still the same annoying thing. FIX IT!!!!!

I want to login using a browser on my mobile phone and the app forces you to use it by taking you to the play store to open it. The app can only run payroll but all other services within your ADP Run service can only be accessed using a browser. I am constantly on the move and need to access my program from anywhere by any means. I am limited with this app.

App has no features worth a darn. Their time and attendance app sucks too. It erases schedules and never works. Anytime you complain they want all this useless OS version on the phone it's happening even though it's happening on numerous different devices.

I'm very frustrated because I'm forced to use the app . I need the desktop version, not the app. The app is useless when it comes to editing employee info or making any other changes. I only have my cell phone at the moment and cannot do what I need with this app. It's not convenient at all!!! ADP needs to fix this. I know I'm not only person complaining

Very poor app. There is no way to edit time card info via the app. Very limited features avalible, not any that I really would like to use. Now that it is installed it is hard to log in to the real website on my phone. It keeps loading the app when I try and log in on the website. I will be uninstalling it.

Terrible. This is not the app that you guys are advertising. I have redownloaded and the video of the app that is offered is not want I get when I download it. People pay alot of money for this service so the least you could do is offer the mobile app that you advertize. This is a major let down. I only gave one star because I had to but really you deserve ZERO!!!

This app is just a pain. It's slow, it lags, the screens keep resetting and it does NOT remember my password! I've been trying to do my payroll All Day and it's one thing after another only to find out when it finally recogonizes my password... That now the whole site is......"down for maintenance" !! You have got to be kidding

Trying to contact support and not able to from the app, I sign in from my web browser on my mobile and it's still forcing me to use the app and am not able to do what I want from the app. You cannot message them from the app, it only allow you to do live chat and if they are close u are not able to. To close your service you of to be on a computer and even when it's close and ubhave no payroll they still charge you a weekly service fee

I use this in a small business situation. It's working really well for me. everything has been straight forward and easy to understand. I highly recommend the app for those on the go. I can edit hourly pay no problems. Not sure why other have stated they can't. Took me a few clicks. Select employee, select payroll option in that sub menu and it's there at the bottom. I really like the app! And dev seems quick to respond with this size of a company.

Awful. I've been trying to add myself to Direct Deposit for months. It's hard enough to find and do through the website on my laptop, and I just tried to do it through the app. Although it's listed, it says it not available at this time. Ok fine. I open a browser on my phone to open runadp to sign up for direct deposit and when I sign in, it forces me to open the mobile app ...which doesn't offer direct deposit enrollment. Garbage.

Tried to email an employee access code, but this option is not available in the app. I then attempted to log in on the web, and it forced me to open and use the app. Not helpful. It was very frustrating as this was time sensitive. Please fix the app.
