It must be translated into Arabic because 90% of users are Arabic. Don't build up an application considered yourself only as a user.

This app has never worked. Server settings are correct and have been changed/updated and resaved.

I've tried dozens of times to scan the QR code and it always says the server is unavailable, try again later. What a waste.

Great app, we use it for MFA as well as self service. Looks a little outdated now, time for a modem UI guys ;)

When you change password it does except it and after changing the password in the app it doesn't change in the pc and it locks you out of your pc.

The app works perfectly for me, as one other user has correctly pointed out, users who are complaining that the app is not working fail to realise that the app is only a front end for their companies portal and as such the AD Service server needs to be configured correctly by their respective companies I.T Department and if this has not been done, then they need to take their pathetic complaints to their IT department instead. Well done to the developers.

How does this helps the user? From mobile i am not able to unlock my account as well from the PC. It just gives error saying can not send push notification. Worthless app.

Not able to update the server settings. Web portal asks to scan QR code for automatically update server settings. Getting error that server doesnot exist . Not at all able to setup profile. :(

This is not properly working with swift keyboard in android (one plus 5). After using default keyboard it is working fine. I tried to enter mobile number it was not taking input properly. If someone face this issue please comment.

Tried to change password. Everything is checked but it won't allow me to change password. Saying that it does not meet the password policy set by admin

Followed instructions to load via QR code. It wouldn't scan. Uninstalled. Dev response: The reason I decided to try the app was to simplify the process. If I register the app manually, that benefit is lost.

No new features for a while. App does support multiple accounts and push notifications in a easy way like with Microsoft authenticator or Cisco Duo...

Everytime i need to use this app it gives me an error and to try again later ive been trying later and it still doesn't work. It was supposed to make it more convenient but i find myself just calling help desk instead.

After enrollment, the app always start at Change Password page. Our users are confused why the app keep asking to Change Password upon every start. Is there a way to change the start page to something else nicer? If yes, i will change my review rating here.

A bit better for our regular tasks. But expected more before downloaded the app. Please develop with more and more simplifications to our regular tasks and challenges.

I think most of the bad reviews here don't understand how this app works, as the IT admin for our organisation who setup the server for ADSelfService Plus this app works perfectly all it really is, is a glossy front end of the website where you do your resets normally, if your organisation doesn't use ADSelfService then this app will not work at all.

Yes, people who rated earlier are true.. it's pathetic app. First of all it took 3 attempt to get install just less than 4 mb app(tried on 2 device with different network) Don't waste your time on it, it's not gonna help you. Not connecting to the server at all.

Although the interface/appearance could most certainly be improved, the app itself can be extremely useful. Despite my having installed the app well over a year ago, I have only found myself needing to use iit on three occasions... But, in those three instances, having this app installed & ready to go, was a lifesaver! Whether your locked out of your company account/SSO, forgot your password/need a reset, need to edit your challenge question answers... This app has you covered!
