I was incredibly skeptical at first I'm like there's no way this is real it's got to be a scam it is legit I've gone to meetings in counselors they've prescribing medicine everything and it's great when you have no other options

I really like the people I've encountered and had a chance to be involved with.. They are geniuly interested in "YOU"...... I don't think I can say much of anything negative.... I have had a good experience with them. My only complaint or really just a nusuace is you have to wait almost 2 business days, for your Cash outs. I mean if you put in the work for it then it should be readily available when you cash out.

In home recovery is available to all! The best part is that my Medicaid fully covers this! Yours might too! Finally, there is an easy and super accessible recovery option!

This is an amazing program and the people who run it as well as your one on one interactions are just amazing. This is a game changer in the recovery community. They have come up with in my opinion a revolutionary recovery model. I highly recommend you get this app and check it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed and actually pleasantly surprised.

I've been in the program for 29 days...34 days clean a sober. this is the most program has become survival for me. it's been a truly wonderful experience and it's judgement free. the councilors are truly supportive and they are there at all hours when you need them. my recovery wouldn't be truly possible without the affect team and my group members to keep my focused and on track!

Affect is amazing. This care team stays with you every step of the way. Great therapist, doctors and support teams to assist you from day-one recovery to veteran sobriety. I recommend this as a "must have" to anyone, and everyone, walking through recovery.

man I tell you if your looking for a great program for what ever addiction you have they got you and they send you breathalyzers and test strips for the random tests you get 2times a day and you get paid for the 1st 6months to do challenges and missions for your treatment on the app. I love it and it has helped me so much with my recovery and it's like I found a new home of friends who are just like me!

Most amazing so far let's keep it going and always remember safety is key. Now the issue is cash app and now I'm not receiving my uds kits due to the mail I guess. Made a report while in having issues with the kits

I keep having issues with the app. sometimes it'll just randomly close my app out even if I'm in the middle of doing something, sometimes I can't see any of the group messaging and sometimes it just shows up a blank screen

This is a full on online rehab program not a self help app. It's paid for by insurance. You have to select an addiction you're struggling with to even look at the app. They retain the record of your "addiction" for 10 years. SUD treatment can disqualify you from life insurance etc. I just wanted an app that adds up how much money i saved from not over spending every day and now they have my "addiction" data for 10 years

The app is very buggy. Text doesn't scale properly so most of the text is missing. Care team is lacking in communication. No real way to connect with your therapist, if needed. The general lack of communication is the biggest issue with this program.

Was so looking forward to creating an account on this app. But the app has other ideas. It's not letting me create an account or log into an existing one it won't even tell me if I have one. The app says text us if you're having an issue and I text them three times with no reply. Unfortunately I'm just going to have to uninstall this app.

I'll update my review once I'm part of the program and get to experience everything the app has to offer. So far, the user interface is informative, captivating, interesting and pretty straight forward to use.

I would love to really try this app. But because of the cost and no insurance, I am still afflicted! Seems nothing is affordable. Not even an app that could help me in my struggle to get better. Having a little help and support is what it's all about. but you still have to pay for it! How much money do you think people with addiction problems have? Functional addicts might manage. Half of all addicts probably don't even have a job. If I could fix the world, this is where I would start. RANTING😤

Amazing (albeit minimal) incentive each and every day to at least log in and answer a couple questions regarding your use. Whether you're trying to completely stop using, or just decrease your usage, they can and will help. Even if your insurance isn't accepted for full counseling support you can still use their app, for free! Honestly, just having that little bit of accountability really set things in motion for me....

At first I was a little indifferent, initially you can only go through and do challenges and tasks. Once I actually met one of the counselors via zoom through the app I noticed that while the tasks only earn you 10 cents the meetings themselves earn more. I've actually been able to cash out which is genuinely a surprise to me, and it's an actual program that I can work without feeling pressured. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to gain an incentive to be sober.

The app is buggy. This program takes a one size fits all approach to treatment. There is no way to communicate directly with the therapist. And quitting the program is difficult. I will update when I figure out how to do that. My last communication with the "care team" involved repeating myself ad nauseum to an unprofessional representative who sounded high. I'm not sure how to report the interaction. Everything about this program is cyclical and unhelpful and frustrating.

So far the people that I have come into contact thru Affect are great but the app its self needs some work. There is one document that it will just not let me sign..I've tried a million times to hit the submit button after finishing what is supposed to be required..super frustrating. And The app is sort of slow overall...feels pretty buggy.
