Update: Back to 5*, latest update fixed the crash issue reported earlier. Thanks for the fix. Old: App started crashing after the recent Android 10 update.

Does not launch. Stopped working at some point following an update (Android or app). Restarting phone and reinstalling does not work. Support is missing.

"Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later." Over and over and over again. And if you don't try again within a very limited amount of time, you have to enter ALL information all over again.

Now there's a problem. The app tells me to update the app. But when I click update, in sent to the playstore with no update appearing for the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the problem persists.

Nice app for changing settings on my card but it would be nice if it showed me my recent transactions, especially the ones it sends me alerts for.

It protects your card from theft when you lock it which is a plus for everyone, though I wish it would stop asking me to update when it's up to date that's my only complaint.

All notification settings disappeared with the latest update. no longer getting any notifications.

Since the update notifications only show a blank window. I can't see which card is used or the amount money spent. This makes having the notifications pop up pointless. Please fix.

Having the exact same problem as Gobi Sapra does. I have called and spoken to member support at Affinity FCU, and I told them that the Android Version.ofbthe app has issues with push notifications, and they do not work. This is only an Android issue, and it works fine on Apple. They need to redo the entire app program.

...so far this app does not work. It continues to ask for an update ( though it was updated). Now, the app doesn't open unless you click the update bar, and when you do click it, it redirects back to the update screen...thus, rendering the app useless. Update- App has been fixed! Thank you.... Changed rate to a 5....app does exactly as described

It keeps saying Error. What is the point of this app if you can't access it?! It's supposed to make things easier, not harder! There's nothing on the website for card controls, what if I need to place a hold on the card, if I lost it? You guys need to do better.

not enough information visible at top screen, just icons. In general, app isn't particularly easy to use, or understand its features and benefits. UX is a challenging art and science. Good luck!

App doesn't seem to work in newly released Android 10. Just crashes immediately on start. I was unable to unlock my card. Had to go to Branch for them to delete my mobile profile. App worked as expected before that although it was somewhat slow.

I tried to use my card and it kept getting declined so when I opened the app it showed that I was in the negative but when I check my account on line my funds are there in the positive. The app had me at -$13,000 then the amount decreases then if gets further into the negative. When is wrong with your app. Can you please fix it because I can't use my card

Could not create user i.d. or any kind of account, never mind function. I'm not a genius, but there are many apps that I pay through, and I don't have this level of difficulty. Seemed like a good idea. Calling in for help is a 20-45 wait at least. And you have best have all your questions written and ready. This app is so Affinity can avoid customer calls except the ones from overseas in case of fraud. Affinity straight out begs you to engage with a machine rather than give us an operator.

The card app works great. Gives me notifications whenever I use my card for charges or if someone stole my card number. I can set a limit to the amount that can be purchased on my card. You can also block your card from being used if lost, stolen or misplaced. Really fantastic app.

Notifications now magically working again Feb 2024; I didn't update app either. Orig Nov23: Notifications don't show text anymore. Like others have reported, when the card gets used I'll get a notification on my phone but its blank, there is no text saying used for $$$ at store xyz like it used to. Makes it pretty useless considering that opening the card app doesn't show recent transactions or any way to see recent notification text history. It used to work; last app update must have broken it.

Alerts are great, but it would be awesome if you could click the notification for more detail (the the amount and full retailer name) or see a lit of pending/cleared charges Update: reduced 1 star because, while I get alerts, they literally tell me NOTHING now. Not the kind of alert, amount, location...nothing.

Update 4/21: Got the alerts working. Changed the app as unrestricted under app manager and battery settings for card center app. App used to be great and useful, not anymore. I don't get card alerts anymore. I'm not sure if it is related to the new Android OS version or something broken on the app side. Supposedly, alerts work for iPhone. Called in to customer service, and they logged a ticket, but based on reviews , it looks like they are stumped.

after the last major update couple of times logging in to app during the week at random times, I am not able to see all my accounts. the app shows 0 accounts, not showing checking, saving and car loans. I have to force close the app multiple times in order for it to show all accounts. It's really frustrating, never had this happen when I had Chase or Keybank. I love the interest given in the saving amounts but overall not happy with the app.
