I issued a redeem of an Amazon gift card, 25$ to be precise which according to their rate was #16,275. The status was pending for too long so I had to re-issue the redeem, the surprising thing was that this time around it was instantly processed but I got credited with just #7,425. I searched through the application in-other to contact customer care service but I couldn't find any, pls I need a review and refund soonest before I decide to report the application to play store .

Well, the first time I saw the app, I taught it was scam because most of it is not really legit, but guess what, the app is a great one, immediately I sold my gift card, it didn't even take much time, they send my money directly to my bank account, I really appreciate the e efforts, thanks a lot AfrCards...

Afrcards, has been a good and reliable app I've used over one year and they never disappointed for once, but currently I have a transaction I carried out today since 3am Ghana time and till this moment it's 2pm and it's still pending, no means to reach the customer service as the link doesn't work or broken please do something about it

Well this app is a scam. First time using it, redeemed an Amazon giftcard of $10 to get 2300 naira. But can't withdraw Because minimum withdrawal is 5000 naira, why didn't you guys tell me that before I wasted my giftcard, now my money is just stuck there. And there is no way to add money so as to complete it 5000. Also can't reach customer care, it's just showing error. Guys avoid these people, they are big scammers.
