Everything was okay till I subscribed to weekly it kept showing up that my account is inactive ( and yet I've subscribed) and to make it worse I tried contacting customer support and all their contacts were off( WhatsApp inclusive) . Furthermore,I really recommend that you broaden the entertainment channels.I am now going to switch back to startimes ⚠️ SUBSCRIBE AT YOUR OWN RISK⚠️ Edit: customer service supported me and fixed the issue👍later on....bur seriously you guys should increase channels

unfortunately i paid before going through the reviews but it seems the order of the day is to pay and watch nothing and if its done intentionally to rob our money....you better become wise coz your days are outnumbered, you make promising adverts...we pay for data , subscription fee, and the airtel charges and the time we waste but after all that, you fail to deliver...gd enough there are so many other live streaming tv apps and i dont recommend anyone to try afro mobile coz it seems 2 b fake.

Some Radio stations are not included as advertised. Keeps losing them. When I downloaded it, most radio stations were there, but after a few days they went missing and even up to now.

You have my 20% of your App performance, don't ask me how, just put back NBS channel on startimes app,it was very clear from startimes and now you are doing nothing here,I only enjoy DJ mixes nothing else, 1.The screen play is in poor quality(Not clear at all!) 2.It takes long to load! 3.Once you have started playing one radio station, it can't stop! 4.Every time,sign or login! 5.Etc 6.Imagine me using the App for only 5 minutes and discover the above!

I paid for subscription twice on 5th October 2022, one payment was about 11,000 monthly and the other was 500 Ugx on the same day to watch basketball games. My account is still inactive up to now and the mobile app keeps hanging. To make it worse, they forcefully keep asking you to access your location; seems that is what the app does best. The number i use to pay for the subscriptions is under this same name and you can confirm. Stay away from this app! It was very poorly developed.

It takes long to load data, actually, it has not loaded. I haven't been able to use the app for anything, TV, radio, other programs, nothing loaded. The whole thing needs an overhaul. Stop advertising it for the meantime.

pull it down. it cannot stream the live tv channel may be the file for the stream is very heavy it keeps breaking all the time no matter how good the connection is! so disgusting! I advise you to use YouTube until when you find a solution to the app.

Have to apologise to yotv channels which I berated before using afromobile app. The afromobile app lacks or fails at playback, download of content. Has less diverse entertainment options. Even the NBS special reports for which I subscribed, were made available for only a while, less than a week, to say. Overall, unless you want to only watch news, with no option for download, then this app is a total let down. Can learn a thing or all from Yotv channels.App even struggles with simple auto-rotate

I have just subscribed for one week and I can't watch live like on nbs, it says "sorry technical issues". It has just been a loss to me

The app is good but when you try changing the resolution, you hear another sound in the background of the previous resolution so you end up have two uncoordinated sounds from the same show. It's a complete put off. The default auto resolution is always high and uses a lot of data. If that could be worked on, then all will be good.
