Firstly, I've noticed an excessive amount of ads appearing during my usage. While I understand the importance of advertisements for revenue, it can be overwhelming and disrupts the user experience.Furthermore, when ads are running, it obstructs the display, making it difficult to access the content I'm trying to view. Additionally, although a skip option is provided, it doesn't always function properly, leaving users unable to bypass lengthy ads.

It's good that so much new content is added and I love the overall library and experience. But the skip ad button is not at all working. It never worked for me at all.

One the worst app ever seen by taking membership also we have to watch adds they will provide skip add option but the beauty is we can't skip that add and secondly when we accidentally went to home page we have restart every thing again which is an useless and time waste app full of lag and full of trash instead of aha they can keep another name which suites it's lag and trash

the worst OTT app i never ever seen like this app. while playing the video adds will come it quite common thing but in that adds will get skip adds also. while clicking the skip option in that video, that skip option is not working. same thing I raised complaint to the aha support team. But that support team telling like clear the cache or upgrade the app or uninstall and again install the app. this is the support aha was giving. by god's grace there is no troubleshoot option in the mobile.🤣🤣

Worst experience with aha I using 3 months plan still a lot of adds and by mistakenly get out of viewing screen and again it shows adds almost around a minutes of 2 to 3 adds it's so ridiculous alteast single add may allowable but 2 to 3 is very much worse getting a feeling like so irritational to use the app

Such a irritating app... it's not allowing an user to skip ad even though there is skip button... even after paying subscription I have to sit there the entire time to watch the ads... every 10 mins ad is popping up... This is creating worst experience for new user who wanted to try something new.

Fequently crashed on TV and also on my mobile with different error codes too many adds when I bought the subscription that was not included with adds and down the year the ads started poping up everytime I forward the content the adds appear and the adds has a skip button but never work just to earn money on adds you are loosing the subscription this is not only with me but all my friends and family who are using aha we feel ibomma has better app developer than aha.

Worst steaming platform as it does not allow to resume watching content from where it was left previously and everytime we have to scroll the timeline and it's irritating, another worst part is when I don't want AHA app to send me notifications I turn off , but everytime after opening the app it shows the pop-up to enable notifications everytime is it necessary to frustrate users who are using your app?these things matter for use experience infact this made me regret for the subscription I have

Dear aha, there is no doubt that we love your content. But that's not enough to succeed. You need to have better tools, techniques and technologies to deliver the content. This app doesn't stand anywhere near to other apps. Pretty flawed ,for ex: no support for mobile numbers with less than 10 digits, sometimes you don't even see the region isd code to enter the number, there is no option to delete the account by user, no gdpr consent when accessing from Europe. Awaiting for better version.

Pathetic apps and it's takes while to open app and trying to reach customer service since 1 week no one answered the calls. Emails as well automated responses. Not at all happy with service. .I am trying to access on my TV both the devices has same issue black screen is coming seems it's not tested properly before releasing to customers. Please try to fix ASAP. Here are my TV details samsung (connect with Amazon FIRE Stick) and oneplus.

After the recent updates, not opening in the android phone. Getting blank screen. I cleared the cache, force stopped it and also uninstalled the app and then installed it again. Still the same, getting black screen and not able to view anything. The page is not refreshing Property. This is one of the worst app I am seeing. I never expected this kind of service from Aha.

Updated on 12/Mar/2022, Updated to latest app version (tried unistalling and reinstalling the latest). There is still a problem with subtitles while casting or mirroring from any mobile devices or laptops. Hope you guys can validate and fix it. If there is no subtitles I might have to end up cancelling my subscription. ------------------- Cast option is a little messed up, app gets stuck more frequently while casting. Also subtitle are not working while casting too. Hope these issues get fixed.

This is the first time am rating an app. I dont know about the content, as I am not able to see the content because of technical glitches. The app keeps on stopping while watching any video. I think I made a wrong decision by taking an annual subscription. The support team must say that my phone might be a problem. I have no problem with my phone as it is a samsung galaxy s10 plus. All other apps work absolutely on my phone except this app. Stop giving the service if you cannot develp good app.

Poor customer service and cannot activate any additional devices. I am stuck with just app on phone. Cannot activate app on tv or Roku. It keeps on erroring out saying maximum devices reached. I have only 2 devices listed under device settings. Created ticket and no response even after 5 days. App is killing the idea. It used to work but latest version has lot of issues. Very poor. I have ticket 00075140 created but no response

App in Firestick sucks! Bring the old app back. 1. Cannot fast forward or rewind. 2. The play time in the movie bar keeps on changing. 3. Unresponsive app while watching movies/shows. Pause button and bottom playbar does not go away after pausing and playing. 4. Random errors. No video popsup when you start a show. You can only hear audio.

Aha app on Samsung TV has so many issues. Content keeps on buffering periodically which is very frustrating. I am pretty sure it is not because of my internet connection since I don't have any issue with other streaming apps. And also there is no option to skip a video more than 10 sec at a time which very inconvenient. aha support team mentioned in earlier comments that they are going to send update to enhance playback options but they did not.

Worst OTT App Everseen. I have used atleast 10s of OTT apps, but AHA streaming is worst. Though i have the best Broadband, Direct cable connected, Smart TV etc Never watched for 3 mins without issues. Every minute it keep on buffer or it stuck at one point. Either you need to go back and play again or exit the app with frustration. Though they drastically reduced the subscription fee, still it is not worth for the frustration yiu get. You will be embarrassed infront of guests. Do not get trapAHA

App is good. Last time when suggestion was given, they came back promptly to fix the issue of app not being there on Samsung Televisions.. Revind and forward is something they need to fix for sure. Every time I want to go back or forward, I can't be going back by just few seconds all the time.. May be everytime I click on rewind it can keep doubling the time.. Also it would be good if there is an option to start from the beginning option when we want to watch any program..

Aha has good content but their app sucks. There are plenty of technical issues which ruin the watching experience. It suffers from buffering issues when casting. I does not have basic features like auto play of next episode. It doesn't remember the last episode played or where the movie was paused last time when it was watched. The app is extremely slow and sometimes I had to press play button multiple times for it to start playing. Overall the app experience ruins and negates it's good content.

Was working fine on my firetv until I did the upgrade to 2.0 which was hyped in the last few weeks. Atleast with old version the only issue I had was initial load time. But no other issues. This new version has unimaginable lag in response to any control we push on the remote. To start with right after upgrade we had to login one more time which took some time. And then while watching the movie we noticed that the movie length number is fluctuating. Every time you push pause or back takes 4ever
