not working and just keeps giving me a error message that says to contact them if the issue continues which that is all it's done form the very first time I tried to use it and I even paid for the subscription which makes this even more of a problem not to mention that it is not cheap and other things just not getting into none of it at this time which I have already said more then I was planning on it being that I don't want to give them any more publicity then I already have

I selected everything for smart clean up, and it freed up very little space. I'm not sure if I did it wrong. I wish I could manually go through images one at a time or in batches, but that option says I have zero things to manually go through. It also blindly deletes every screenshot, so I hope those weren't important.

love that it analyzed the phone and is able to delete duplicates, blurry photos, etc.. it would be better if you can select what you want to delete, its all or nothing. I would have liked to been able to review the duplicate contacts it found.

I was charged R144 without ever using the app or activating a free trial. I’m very cautious about subscriptions and never opted in, yet still got billed. The app offers nothing beyond what free built-in tools already provide. Feels misleading and unnecessary. I’ve requested a refund and hope others don’t fall into the same trap.

DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP, IT'S A SCAM. You charged me $6.99 plus tax when I downloaded it to try remove duplicate photos I downloaded from Pinterest because I didn't have anymore cleans left. I wanted to start the 3 days free trial. I even canceled it right away because it didn't do what I was looking for. It didn't catch all the duplicate photos and a few photos were even deleted without having any duplicates. You didn't give me an hour for free and you charged me also even after I canceled it?

works fast and lets you view everything it wants to delete before you clean your phone of all the duplicate photos the contacts you have saved multiple times blurry photos incomplete contacts or email addresses you've saved. It really helped me clean up my phone fast and it was easy only gives you 3 days free trial but the price a month is 7 bucks which isn't too bad for an app that helps keep your phone with unwanted junk so you have more storage. I like this app 10/10

Overall app perform good and quite fast. however still have some problem like merging contacts with error say one percent mistake so it's acceptable only can use 3 days free so can't feedback much unless try for 1 month then it's another thing...will rate this as 3.5/5 star on my side.

A useless AI app that doesn't even clean your phone, just rmovrs photos, and the ads are misleading at best and fraudulent most of the time. This app was only made to part fools from their money and privacy, AVG and other DEDICATED cleaners do much more for FREE and don't charge over £200 a year for the privlage of use. I used this app for a few minutes and it not any use no free space and nothing actually cleaned either basic photo removal and nothing else not worth the £10 or whatever

It's not an all in one app. And I wish that I had have done a lot more research before downloading and agreeing this one's subscription. Nothing that has been deleted from my device has been deleted from the cloud that came with my service! Also, this app doesn't take care of emails!

I had to erase my 1st 5 star review concerning AI Cleaner. I gave them my credit card info for the free trial to see if I wanted to pay monthly. To make a long story short, I decided on the second day to cancel, I went in a 2nd time to double check the subscription was definitely canceled. So, now the 3rd day passes and I thought no more about this situation. Boy was I wrong!! This past Sunday going into Monday, I see a monthly charge to my credit card for the subscription I definitely canceled!

Right off the rip, it's NOT giving me a choice where it "wants" to change the picture quality (That would include pixels, colors, ECT... you get the idea) I'll play around with it some more but no, never will take away my life memories. It just sounds with them already not giving me options I might not have more after I get more access to the app,... I'll edit comment when I play around with it.

totally ridiculous how much they are asking per week, $6.99 + taxes! Apparently, they have a yearly subscription for approximately $39.99. I downloaded this app and when I saw the subscription price and read continuously negative comments and experiences, I deleted the app. What made me suspicious was that you had to subscribe before you can use the 3 free days! This was a major WARNING! Read the reviews before downloading the app.

At first, the app seemed great. pulled up a bunch of stuff and suggested things that were actually duplicates was really helpful but then when I went to use the clean it I realized that you have to pay to do the cleanup It doesn't have a tutorial so I had to go figure out how to use it I found manual clean up but you can only delete 10 items a day. I'm deleting the app because I found other cleaner apps that are not even Ai driven, and they do just as good of a job as this one, and they're free.

I wish I would have obtained more than 3% more space for the thousands of duplicates this app helped me delete. But I suppose that's not necessarily the app's fault. So. I'll give it 4 stars. Plus, the free trial is easy to get and includes just about enough for you to hopefully de-clutter your device in the 3 days allotted. So. 5 stars total.

I just started using the AI Cleaner app. Before I installed the app, the advert that introduced the app to me said it's free. But this is not true. After installing the app, I couldn't use the app absolutely freely (there's a compulsory subscription button selected). There were only two options: 1. "Free trial enabled" with compulsory selection of "3-Day free trial" plus another button that say "then $6.99 per week". This is unfair marketing. 2. Yearly subscription @ $39.99.

I am curious how the guy in the ad can sit there and tell me and us that manually deleting photos will never free up phone space and clutter??? The app can do it manually and free up space on my phone, but if I do it manually, it doesn't free up space on my phone!???!? In what world does this make logical sense? I love it when the team behind the app says, "Yeah, this is great... get it out there in heavy rotation!" to the ad producers and makers. They believe they can pee on us and say its rain

This is not as easy and convenient to use as it's advertised. I still have to manually delete files. I thought it would sort out my duplicate photos and files or organize them into categories so I could decide easily if I want to keep certain photos then delete with a click of a button. I have several thousand photos. It doesn't do that for me. Additionally, it's not easy to unsubscribe once you subscribe.

1, NOT FREE! 2, Purchase or 3 Day Trial 3, I thought if I just hit the X, it would still work some, like other apps It does NOT! It looks great, ask permission to scan everything! Once you allow, it scans great, fast! THEN, won't let you clean it! Each file, some hundreds but, can't do anything! I started getting upset! AFTER GIVING FULL PERMISSION!! I went back to the main screen, if you go to the bottom under "Manual" click say "duplicates" THERE it allows you to delete "clean" 10 A DAY FREE

I went in for a 3-day trial thinking I would have 3 days before I would decide or pay. wrong!!! $7.97 was taken out of my account immediately for the full month subscription.under Google. I'd like to cancel that and get my money back, but there's no one to talk to! I did it today, I don't want it, it was not supposed to charge me. I did try it and it deleted a lot of my screenshots thinking that we're duplicates, because they were every month I paid the bill I kept a screenshot! GONE. TK

Not sure yet. initially they wanted a card and offered 3 days free then 6.99 a month. No thanks, I can grab a free app to do this but it did seem efficient. I am not sure this is a free app yet. I downloaded four apps and all keep interrupting each other then add the pop ups and you barely get a chance to use one let alone see what the details are.
