Like with others here, the app hangs often. Biggest problem though was that it doesn't scan the API. Every attempt ends in "already exist" (sic). Created new API several times, always the same result. Support seems to be non-existent. It either shows "back later today" or "back tomorrow".

I've had nothing but problems with stoic: It incorrectly detected that I withdrew $1000 from my acct, and had to have support fix it. It wouldn't trade until I manually set hedging to 0. Then it wouldn't trade because apparently the bot doesn't work with portfolios "close to the minimum". After doubling my acct, it worked one day but not again. Support only offers pre-scripted "solutions". It's like pulling teeth to get stoic to work. The UI is a UX nightmare and always shows wrong info.

Guys please, please, take care of the loading time, it's so laggy. I've tested it via data , I've tested via Wi-Fi, I've reset my phone and the app is just so slow, even on the demo account. Would be great if this is fixed as I do see potential, however right now customer experience isn't there yet.

Yes the app has issues. Yes the app takes a minute to load(restart it and it is quick). It can be worked on. BUT I been making some good money on it! Just out the money in there and wait. No need to trade yourself when it does it for you. It hasn't had a bad day ever for me. I get around 2 to 5% a day. You can even setup binance to put USDT into your account automatically over time to help it grow even more. The more it has the faster it grows. The team has alot to work on tho. Worth it.

The working is great. It auto-trades well and with a great margin. Even when the crypto market collapsed it maintained a good strategy, limiting losses. Onboarding is a bit of a hassle and the UI isn't great either, but what you have it for (trading automatically and making a great profit) it does well.

I have used this service for about 6 months. I entered the coin market just as it began the correction. My account suffered from the beginning as timing was not good, however I did see the potential of this product when we would get market bounce. Recently as the market has rebound, my account has gone from -60% to -18% in just one month... That's a +40% gain. I look forward to what will come as this coin market recovers. I would recommend this product to friends.

This app has potential but from what I've seen after a month of use I'm moving my money elsewhere. There are too many bugs, the app needs serious work, and customer service hasn't been helpful. I wanted to like this app but I realized that even if they had a brilliant service doing the trading, the poor experience in the app is an indicator of how much they really care about my money. I've had a much better experience and better profits on cryptohopper with a good signal subscription.

Setup was easy enough, but my experience with the trading was unreliable. By default it was supposed to be at 50% USDT hedging, my account was stuck at 70% USDT. Recently the app added the ability to change your hedging, I changed mine to 30% USDT. I waited a few days, tried to work with support through chat in the app, no change in my portfolio, stuck at hedging 70% USDT. I gave up and switched off the API to my account.

I want to like this app, but it is rife with problems. The bot seems to lose track of assets. I had this happen not long after I joined, where I saw the percentage tank. When I looked in my account, money got transferred to USD, but wasn't accounted for. Once I converted the USD back into BTC, it showed in the app again. I look today, and the app says I'm up 41%, the app balance shows 15%, and my account shows 45%. Currently the app and my account values are off for nearly every coin. I don't know what I need to do to readjust. It also takes a long time to load the app. Most of the time the app won't load. It takes two or three tries to get it to load. If I'm away, I have to VPN back to my house to see anything. I want to recommend this app, but these problems need to be fixed.

Im impressed, but this is a mixed review, what Stoic is doing is fantastic via the API, it's making nice profits, and is selling coins at points when I personally wouldn't. It's definitely maximising profits thus far. I'm tracking the trades it's doing through binance. HOWEVER, the app itself is very very buggy, and is unusable for me at the moment. It is constantly hanging on the loading screen. Sort the loading bug and it'll be 6 stars instead of 4 ✌👍

Talked to customer service and very slow response, sold all my crypto for me and took a big loss. Still doesn't do anything. Big scam if you ask me. Thanks for nothing.

The app is very easy to use, they also include clear and simple instructions and the team provides excellent support (answer usually within minutes). As a nice bonus, there are often discounts towards their fees, which make the whole service even more attractive. As regards the trading performance, I cannot comment on it too much as there are many factors, but it is so far better than how I would trade manually and in much larger number of coins than I would follow.

Wants big money for a subscription but it can't even connect to my coin base account it's just looped you can login 50 times it just won't work so definitely not getting any money from me.

Reviews can save your life. I really wanted this app and so I came to read all the hype in the reviews to make the download that much more exciting you know like when it's installing and you start yelling at your phone to hurry up.. Right in the door got smacked in the face with the first review. Then the 3rd, 4th, 5th, were smack.. smack.. slap. I had enough I ran to the install so I could run to the reviews and thank all of you 1 stars for saving my life from this fake app. Now I delete it.

My experience with Stoic is mixed. It works excellently, and recently some very interesting new strategies have been introduced that allow optimization during different market phases. The interface is certainly in need of improvement. For example although the balance is correct, the percentage results are incorrect and in my case it is not possible to view the history from the beginning.

This still has much to improve. The app has a lot of errors. Hedging doesn't work. The commands are not respected. I covered the yearly fee in gains but not by far. Im still anxious about this. The support does not seem prepared answers are generic and dont solve the problems.

The trading "bot" seems to work OK sometimes which is about 3/4 of the time, but every time I encounter an issue or problem, "customer service" takes forever to rely and seems to have a lot of trouble comprehending and understanding the actual problem and gives conflicting and/or contradictory information regarding resolving the problem. (Update: Ended up cancelling account. Terrible experience with Stoic AI. Would never recommend to anyone.)

Update to this review 9/6/2021: The app is working way better, although a little slow loading data the data is more accurate and isn't lagging behind several days. Also they added a web interface. Updated from 3 stars to 5. This is a two part review, one for the service and one for the app. TL;DR To put it mildly, the service rocks and works really well. The app sucks. The service performs automated trades and does a good job of buying coins low and rebalancing to sell high. I have been making between 2%-10% daily. The hedging feature seems to work well, and recently they even fixed a few bugs with this. So all in all, great way to make a passive income. The service is worth 5 stars easy. The app on the other hand, constantly reports wrong data. The amounts from the trades are always wrong, and not even sure why they bothered to show it. The balance is not real time, and even having a chat with support they will just tell you to look at your Binance account. If I could use this service without the app, I wouldn't have installed it. I would rate it two stars because it doesn't crash. I would also like to point out that some people have not had good experiences with support. For me, they were responsive and answered my questions (although they seemed to give me stock responses, but that is the norm across the helpdesk industry). I don't want to put down others experiences, but my experience has been decent. So I have given my rating 3 stars as an average of these two reviews. It's a great service, it works well and is a great way to make a passive income. The only issue is you do have to pay in crypto, but not that big of a deal. The app needs serious work, and might have been better with a web interface instead.

Seems like this bot works only at a certain time period during each day rather than trades based on price. Even if the price goes up at a different time, it doesn't sell. If the price goes down during that certain time, it does sell. Weird. And the app doesn't really respond. Hedging setting up 0 still leaves usdt. Can't add more fund with an error message. Setting up an account is the only thing going smooth. Is there a way that I can get the management fee back?

I have been using the app since February 2021 and it has been great. At first, I had some trust issues with it, but eventually I trusted the system and let it do its thing. Customer Service was a little slow in responding to my question. Also, the app shows zero balance on the 24hr chart sometimes. Those things are somewhat minor to me considering the service to make money in a bull market.
