My most favorite airline since 7 years and Platinum frequent flyer since also 7 years. Sometimes a bit funny, but overall very reliable and mostly on time. Their cabin crew is in most cases very friendly, attentive and professional. Thank you very much for flying comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Christian

A complete disaster! The boarding passes for my child is not accessible in the app but I have to download a pdf. The seat selector blocks the app completely.. Just to mention a few. Please Air France, fix this ASAP! From a not so pleased gold member

about as intuitive as a block of wood. There are much better apps where booking your seat and getting the boarding pass is much simpler.

When trying to connect on the web from a phone, it forces me to use the app, where I have to login again, solve the damn captcha again, and enter a one time password again. And while I'm in the process of typing this annoying one time password, it splashes a pop up to show the new features of the app, which I couldn't care less about.

I managed to buy a ticket but was unable to secure lounge access with the ticket. I went to the lounge at CDG but I was still unable to enter...it was full. That I understand, but if the app worked properly we would not have this problem. Very disappointing.

Great portal, clear to understand and excellent service . only inflight feature missing was no NEWS channel/s. Food & Beverage quality good. Qty. was not adequate ( Note: flights over 8 hours said to be having bulk self service sandwiches/ SNKS in Y/ C galley was told by Male FA as unavailable. The above 2 items i.e. missing News channels and missing meal snack self service took off 1 star out if 5 stars.

Unusable since the last update - many actions I do on a regular basis (check flight details, seating, passenger details, etc...) result systematically in the "Air France is not responding" message. I need to click "wait" every time, which does the trick, but sometimes I'll need to so this same operation 4-5 times just to check my basic flight details before a flight. Please investigate and fix this, it worked so well for me before. Edit: updating from 1 star to 4 as the bug seems to be fixed!

App stuck in a constant loop. Tells me to enter traveler's information when it's already there. Then once I validate flyer info, I can't press confirm. I can't check in for my flight because the "next" button is grey and I can't proceed forward. This is frustrating and annoying.

The app is great except your flights / boarding passes tend to disappear and reappear randomly (both Android and iPhone). Very inconvenient when they disappear right before you're boarding...

Air France has changed for the worse. It was once a thrill and experience to fly. Eight years of flying in the FB program, 2-3x yearly. Using miles makes me have to keep paying as if I never flew AF. No loyalty it seems when roles reversed.

Avoid Air France at All Costs! I recently had the most disastrous travel experience with Air France. My baggage was lost, and the customer service was absolutely atrocious. The airline's lack of urgency and evasive tactics were a clear indication that they were more concerned with avoiding responsibility than resolving my issue. I felt completely disregarded and disrespected throughout this entire ordeal. I strongly advise anyone considering this airline to think twice.

The problem is, I install the app, login, and immediately get a notice that I need to upgrade the app. When I follow the link, it takes me to Google play, where there is no option to "upgrade". So, I uninstall, re-install, and log in again. Same useless result. Larger, rinse, repeat.

Yikes. This app is difficult to navigate, and half the time doesn't work. There is a scan option to download your passport in advance to facilitate customs. It just doesn't work! I have had two different friends try this as well. The scanner just doesn't take a pic and it is extremely frustrating.

So far the app is great. My only question is, what happened to the widget you could put on one of your phone screens? I had it set, then an update came out and it is gone. No mention of it going away or if it is coming back. Please bring the widget back it is very helpful and convenient. I am using a Samsung Note 9. I am sure others would like to have this feature again as well. :)

Very useful and smooth app for either booking with money or miles. I like the fact that the app shows the prices for previous or subsequent days to your selected day and it is really smooth to scroll between dates and their corresponding prices. One thing it would be useful if they can provide the option of cheaper alternatives for nearby airports from your initially selected airports (This option exists in Delta)

Well designed UI, features just don't work. If all you want is a quick reference for ticket numbers, this is great. Otherwise, stick to paper copies. The passport scanner is useless and cannot be edited after an (incorrect) scan, and changes are rarely saved to any field once made. Good luck to anyone who has to use this.

I see that the UI has changed and usability is significantly improved. It's as if an actual product manager went through the design. That's great. But the app is still very buggy. My last 3 booking, app would not move forward with the booking after I enter my credit card info. There is no error message but it does show further down that I need to call support to finish the booking. Has happened 3 times now and it's annoying. Also, the app gives you a phone # to call but the # is discontinued.

Haven't experienced the login problems that others have complained about of late... Also on a recent trip that included flights on 3 airlines, with a few stops along the way, I experienced zero issues when it came to notifications, alerts, flight updates... etc. The one thing that always perplexes me (it happens on the website as well/may be its the "French" way of doing things) but you search for a round trip fare, rather than it showing the full fare, it prices outbound separate from return

This app, or at least the data served to the app is not good. After a flight cancellation, which I 100% understand happens, I was rebooked on another flight. BUT I kept getting notifications that my flight was cancelled, which made me think my second flight was cancelled, then it would not let me check-in because it was telling me my flight was cancelled, even though I had a new flight. It also asked me to choose a new flight with an empty list. This was all very frustrating and confusing.

I unfortunately have tons of Air France miles, but their app always has bugs and you have to call them to do everything manually each time. Even when you call, you can only make payments in regular business hours. However, the booking you made online gets canceled after a few hours of no payment. It also just flat out doesn't have capabilities like other airlines to make changes or cancel an award booking, even with payment.
