In this era, the airline demands from the online ticket bookers to visit the office to verify the card or give your credit card details thoroughly to the person at checking counter. This is pathetic and stupidity at its peak. The management should amend this and advance themselves asap. I won't recommend online book of this airline. They show you a different amount to pay but we get a message of more than that amount. They tell us then its a conversion rate.

Worst experience with Airblue. Today I almost missed my flight because they were checking the credit card that is used to pay online. We paid the fare online and I had not my debit card with me. They pressurized me at the airport to show the debit card. Never travel with them. Not recommended.

Worst experience. Just used the app to book flight. Pnr. For reservation HUYWLC. The app after obtaining all the debit card information didn't confirm the booking. Called helpline several times to fix issue but invein. Not a reliable app to use for card payments. Stay safe

Your online payment system is worst and useless. Trying to complete my purchase via HBL credit card but unable to do it. Suspected fraud error occurred everytime. Please fix this issue or to deactivate the online feature to avoid inconvenience. Also your support is incompetent and doesn't have enough knowledge to solve customer's queries. Please also improve your support. ReF QNMOND

Worst worst worst experience with all of my Android apps I used till date, after a heck of interactions when I finally managed to reach payment screen, it was a mess all options are misleading/ incorrect titles, have to call multiple times and talked to operator for guidance... In the end when I paid the amount from my card app said payment is unsuccessful while amount was deducted from my bank... Seats reservation got cancelled and my amount was stucked in the air, Amount retrived after 2 days.

Very very poor application. Whenever I want to login it's never working properly Everytime it has errors and something went wrong I'm a software quality assurance engineer hire me if you don't have a proper team... Shame on you, what kind of businessman you are, if you can't facilitate your... please change your team if you can't develop your APIs proper.change your development teams.We choose airblue because it's our country's airline .we love it but everytime you make us wrong on our decision.

Pathetic customer service, I traveled from Abu Dhabi on 19/06/2024 and they broke my luggage, on arrival their staff gave me a customer care number and he told me simply," called to this number they will fixed your issue," when I called to that number a rude and uncooperative staff told me, "we don't have any complain on that day because you didn't register your complain, " in fact they don't have any help desk or any complain center where I could register my complain. I strongly condemned.

Title: Disastrous Experience with Airblue Flight I recently had the misfortune of booking a flight with Airblue, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Where do I even begin? Firstly, the check-in process was a chaotic mess. The staff seemed utterly disorganized and overwhelmed, resulting in long queues and endless delays. Today I had to use this app for the first time (and for the last). I was at their ISE towers office and I had to book a flight for me and my family (five persons to be specific), it took me roughly five to ten minutes to find the reasonable flight and to add all the details, and when I clicked to proceed with my booking the pop-up showed up to confirm if I wan to be part of bluemiles, I selected "No" option (I think it took it seriously) and bam app crashed and all the information was gone...😒

Very old styled UI with a average experience. Every other airline's app has a unique UI/UX experience with many features one of which is to add boarding passes to the mobile wallets. But Airblue is still on ages old gas.

Don't even think about travelling by this airline. They will change the flight timing without informing you, and when you reach there for boarding at the airport, they will not allow you to board. This all happened with me at Lhr airport 2 days ago. Worst airline & stupid management in my 10 years travelling history.

I purchased a waiting list ticket from Dubai to Islamabad on 6th April 2024 from airblue website, on which I could not travel due to non-availability of seats. And on 16th April 2024. I have applied for the refund and sent about 24 emails to the management but even after 60 days I have not received my refund. When I talk to the customercare they say that your case has been forwarded to the concerned department. If there is a reply from, then you will be told. I want to tell you friends to avoid

Airblue airline behaved very poorly at Sharjah airport. The staff was rude, and they were including the laptop in the hand carry weight, which no other airline does. There was no option to buy extra baggage at the counter. They were charging extra for the laptop. This airline doesn't even deserve a 1-star rating. Very bad airline. The in-charge of the shift, Abdul Rehman, has very poor manners with customers. He is extremely rude. I will never use Airblue again.
