I like this app and have spent lots of money. I also have 10 corrupted videos that came out horrible. is there a way to not spend the stars if it comes out bad? for example, the face punch sometimes does not have a fist.

stay away from this app, I downloaded it paid for a year. it worked once and all I get is errors trying to make new videos. and when they don't work they still take your credits period not cool wish I could get my money back

Not what it claims to be! Very expensive if you're trying to create short videos for any type of content or for social media, give this app a wide berth and look for so many others online that don't cost you an arm and a leg!

Don’t waste time downloading AI reel or text-to-video apps thinking they’ll turn your full script into a real video. They only use parts of your text, often skipping most of what you wrote. You’ll get random clips and a short video that doesn’t match your story. If you're trying to create something meaningful or detailed, these apps won’t deliver. You're better off using proper editing tools or working with someone who can bring your full vision to life.

The app is fun but don't buy the subscription. I tried the membership and after you run out of credits you have to buy more for over 13 bucks. I cancelled the subscription and I wish I could ask for a refund. Worst 12 dollars I've ever spent in 2025

One 5-econd animation is not enough for me to decide if I want to spend my money on this. You need to let people give it more of a tryout. That said, the one video I did was pretty cool; I would like to explore more, but I'm not going to pay until I have some idea it's going to do what I want.

Don't waste your time. Like many AI apps, this one does not follow the prompts given and does not provide voiceovers for videos. I understand that the prompting has to be just right. But this app doesn't seem to understand what walking looks like or waving to the camera. A waste of money.

Upon reading the reviews, I'm not even going to bother putting MY MONEY into this app. Kling AI still seems to be the superior option that fits my needs, plus they're not heavily moderated like this app which is already a deal breaker when I'm trying to make 30 min short films, which requires alot of credits that relies on my money which this app will not get.

changing my review to 2 stars after recent events. great app, poor business management. I have emailed you 7 times about my credits disappearing after I purchased them. I paid $15 for a product that I did NOT recieve. to add insult to injury you responded to this review but not my email I sent 6 days ago??? this is ridiculous... You have costed me well over $100 of my time with all the time I have had to spend with this. fix your customer service team and PLEASE give me back my credits or my $$

does not give you what you type in but you can have AI to enhance what you are trying to say then go from there - the AI enhancement sounds great but you still dont get what you are asking for...should be able to preview wasting coins trying to perfect the outcome...found out that you can remove the water mark ...otherwise, i like the app, having fun with it just wish you could preview and edit before you purchase final reel - wasting a lot of coins

It looks like it might be good but I'll never know. It's pricey but if I knew that it did what I want it to, I'd pay it. Unfortunately, you only get enough credits for a 5 second video. There's no tutorial on how to use the app. I messed up the first video because I don't know what I'm doing and I'm unwilling to pay nearly $20 a week to figure out if will meet my needs. It needs a better trial period. I would have liked to see what the software was actually capable of before paying for it.

absolutely rubbish, and very, very expensive. using other apps with it, there is no speech. dont be influenced into using this app. very misleading even using veo3 pro vie this app takes a big chunk of your credits. to receive a very disappointing outcome. no speech what so ever. will be cancelling my subscription. even though I literally subscribed 15 minutes ago. please dont waste your money. using veo3 doesn't cost 1200 credits like you charged veo3 charged me 40 cheaper you say🤔

This is I believe my only review that I've done since creating my gmail account 20 years ago.. this app is over priced. Multiple failures on jobs requested and it still takes your credits off you that you pay for. I've tried to contact them for a refund of the credits and it was a hard process to find where I could submit the request and then two weeks later, still no response. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

It's $50 a year. That sounds good at first. But nothing about the app works correctly. After you pay to use it you then need to maintain credits or buy more if you make too many videos...I say "If" because they take your credits every time you try and then it fails to make a video and just gives you some error code in a foreign language.

The rating should be lower than 1 star. Upon purchasing the 7-day subscription fee, which "Unlocks All Features" of their systems plus 2,000 credits to use for their Video Generation Systems. The app proceeded to tell me that I did not have a subscription while also telling me I had a subscription. As well as not delivering the 2,000 spending Credits as Promised. There has been No contact received after reporting the issue. Not from customer support or the Developers. It's a shame really. Scam😒

The AI Reel app is absolutely useless. The prompt prefill text leads one to believe you can prompt a video down to each scene, but you can't even specify how long you would like the video to be. not to mention the app is way over priced. Don't take my word for it, go ahead and download it you'll find out for yourself. Worst of all, there is no way to cancel your subscription via the app. Apps like this are predatory and just plain shady. Not a good way to do business.
