Very Unhappy With This Service. I Was Promised A Galaxy S9 When Switched Over, And I Only Got A SIM Card In The Mail, But That's Not Even The Worst Part, The Worst Part Is, The Only Customer Service # Is A Non-User-Friendly # With Very Few Options. In My Opinion EVERY COMPANY Needs To Have An Option To Be Able To Talk To A Live Person At Some Point, Because There Are Some Questions Automated & Online Services Cannot Answer. Now I'm Sitting Here With A "SIM Card"+ Brochures & Not Sure WHAT To Do!

They are the effing WORST!Been waiting 6 weeks for a new sim card to port my old number over. I've missed so many calls from work and attorneysthat I'm sure i have warrants for my arrest for missing court thatthe attorneys were trying to call about. Customer service is almostst non existent. And when you do connect its "Carol from bangledesh".

Junk the service the phone. I'm still unsure if I will need to pay next month or if it's a free phone. I'm disabled. I couldn't download the new phone start up. So I got emails telling to make calls use you phone or risk loosing service. Over 11 days couldn't call text set up service . So I couldn't call the to tell them I couldn't call out. How do call a company to tell them you can't use the device to call out or receive calls. Or run the start up. I still have part of it that can't download.

I've only been with them a few weeks, but so far they've been great. The service works well even though I live in a rural area and they sent me a brand new Nokia phone when I signed up. I'm definitely glad I switched. My previous carrier was garbage!

this phone carrier is mediocre. I can't believe I have to program my own phone for data usage which I'm pretty close to being computer illiterate and yet after I use 100 hours of phone calls I will be shut down and forced to pay them $5 for additional usage per month. what kind of lifeline program is this. I also search for their phones for sale and every single one of them is refurbished and yet there's ZERO details on those phones you may be interested. it's been a bad experience all around

Never no data since I've had it, cant sign into account says it doesn't exist or no account. Phone was messed up when I got it to have the screen is pink and looks like there are apps behind my screen etc. Wow what a joke I can keep going smh. Disappointed by the fact everything that was told when signing up with you guys was pretty much false and sent a broken phone.

One of the best free phone service in the world! Using the best carrier in the US also they do. I always get three and four bars and a decent 4g speed. I'd like to get a 5g phone,but I'm happy with my phone they sent. And it's not a cheapo Chinese phone either! It's a Nokia! Replacement is just $25. Everytime you need it replaced. Free shipping included. Awesome! I highly recommend them over the other services during ACP changes they offer a good replacement.

Hard to talk to someone to expedite my ACP TO AIRTALK ACCOUNT, without going thru all kinds of hoops, that feel redundant, due to already being signed up with ACP, and that it seems like a real person would be able to expedite my transition from one service to the other!? It would seem to me!!! Thanks tho, for trying to help us all with affordable plans!

I've gotten CS and the device is good. But there is no unlimited data, it runs out and they want you to pay an amount that is simular to the main three providers. I'm waiting for the 6 month commitment for my device and then switching to a real unlimited service. Use a irtalk to get a nice device and then switch when commitment is up. Also I can have 5 bars and bad data speeds as in YouTube at 144 has to cache every few minutes during which you have no video until cached. slow to no service 5bar

I received a brand new Samsung Galaxy S9+ for free. I never had the chance to use it because it was lost, however I just purchased a replacement phone for only $25! Great deal for an Obama phone, way better than any of the other free phones available. When I first signed up w/Airtalk I also paid $10 & got an Apple iPad Mini. It was an older model so I couldn't download or update the apps, but it was free so I can't complain. By far the best free phone service I have ever had.

This service is awful! Despite it being on the AT&T network, I am routinely having dropped calls, loud echoes , and errors when dialing certain landline numbers. My phone also will require me to restart it when it refuses to allow me to make any type of outgoing call. I will say that they do offer really nice phones to choose from but what good is having a nice phone if the service is unreliable and talking on it is nearly impossible!?!

I don't have much to say about the app itself but I have had several issues with my service. My phone will suddenly have no ability to make an outgoing call requiring me to Havertown restart my device sometimes several times before I can once again make a call. I have also had it to not be able to make a call to certain land landlines, one of which being my doctors office. It gives me a network error code that when I look it up tells me it is carrier related. Very unreliable service!

The app is totally worthless, no point in having it as the website is set up the exact same way as the app yet the website works much better. I appreciate the free phone and service, never have been able to send or receive picture messages though. Customer service is a total waste of time; they're far too inept to actually help with anything I've thrown at them. I still recommend AirTalk however because the selection of free phones they have is unmatched by any other service I've found.

I don't see how AirTalk can keep saying that they'll give you a free iphone, when at the end of the application, you have to pay. If you don't, you can't even submit it. I bought an unlocked phone so I could use the SIM card they sent. It's better, but there's still no hotspot to share, and after using 2 out of15Gb, internet slows to a crawl. I did manage to connect my Chromebook, but its slow or choppy AF, so basically useless. I'm so sick of "free" help turning out to be no help at all.

can't port number over and the phone I ordered was the wrong one, and it was damaged... HOWEVER, they are on top of the issue and doing everything, to make sure the mistake is correctly handled, and they are going above and beyond to fix the issue...So I would definitely recommend AIRTALK! any one else, they just can't compete!

I'm 30 days in and not impressed at all with this service or the lack of any. I've sent multiple inquiries via this app and received no responses. The data speed is sub par and I was sent a phone that has 16GB of storage and a battery that when fully charged lasts less than 4 hours with zero use of apps or the phone. I'm going to give AirTalk a week to make it right or I'm switching to a new provider! I would not recommend getting your service through AirTalk.
