The App also enables retailers to manage their own account with Airtel, view/ edit profile, view/ update/ request/buy stock, view sales hierarchy, AM/ EVD pin reset and account unlock, Agent loan and do banking service on their account. The application allows retailers to view their transaction history, commission paid as well as retailer performance on Airtel services. Retailer will be able to do given self-service and service requests to Airtel. The application supports listing of key notes on training, survey, as well as manage digital notices for the retailers.
The App is available in both English and French language to support Airtel Africa operations. Airtel tribe app is simple to use and key to manage business productivity for the retailers.

The app is good but not that good... It will be better if you could just introduce id scanning to make work easier and efficient.... Also make sure that airtel money involved in the app and sim swap in full package. Otherwise it's a nice app, thank you

Some features like pin reset, are not on there is need to work on it then If you could get light pens for the signitures it would be better Also some people have bigger thumbs that the mantra can't fit, could you design some software on the screen where such sensorials can be worked out .Thanks

Am using Samsung A03 but scanning the ID became a tag of war after I upgraded my phone to Android (and I've tested different types of phones on android 13 and 14 but it's the same is) Android 12 and below it scans well

The app is good but for me I have one problem,that it's now three months while I'm using it but till yet they don't give me a SIM swap but for others it takes only one month, That's my challenge on this app, need help.🤲🤲

Lacks better features like pin reset, reverification , ability to perform with our location changer. Please improve along these, but so far so good

The app was working properly in my device oppo a37 but for now I can't have any access to it and don't know why it no longer working.. Kindly sort out your app because many people are complaining the same issue, thanks...

It's a good app, with a little too many outages at times, though. And it seems you're no longer including 32-bit libraries of this app in your latest updates, right?

It's a good application, but please bring back the options for retrieving NRC. Also tribe shows that other people have logged in, but how can I change password or log them out.

Am using mobigo but my app as refused to be updated on the new version 2.26 ,it as remind on the old format no camera icon for scanning the serial number what could be the problem Coz have tried several times

The app has issues while scanning the ID and the latest update has made it impossible for the app to connect with evolution device.. I am using a phone with android 13
