1. Recording doesn't work 2. Cam goes offline on it's own. 3. Multiple footages missing, always. 4. Customer care is incompetent and unprofessional, and unable to solve the challenges. 5. Cam turns it's face towards wall on it's own and refuses to remotely come back. 6. Lagging videos in low quality tried with multiple ISPs. 7. DO NOT BUY THESE. 8. I REPEAT...DO NOT INVEST IN THESE CAMS.

Had outdoor active defense cameras installed for my home.Work pretty good with clear video and good night vision. ⭐️⭐️Really would like the developers to add an option for custom profiles for each camera, so we can keep specific settings to be applied for different time periods, for example different sensitivity and type of event detection for Day hours and night hours.

They took 7 month to change faulty camera and now it not working again simply they makes money insted of that purchase on local market and install get free cloud from google or any other. This airtel simply cheating.

This app is often going out of service. Even now it is not getting activated. Our repeated calls to Airtel dedicated officers have not yielded any positive result.

Basically it's motion detection camera, so if a person sitting in front of you is abusing you verbally or threatening you then it will not record. Your enemy should dance in front of you all time while abusing or threatening you then only the cctv will record. So this camera is only for all those who have intruders who dance while doing a crime for others it's useless.

App is very unstable. Half of the time, it's unable to connect with network, app freezes, and many more such issues. This xsafe initiative is good, but in the long run, rather than acquiring new customers, it'll lose its existing customers if such problems are not fixed quickly.

Poor app. Takes too much time to live stream. Always buffering 360 deg function is inconsistent. There's no option to lock postion of cameras as per schedule. Seems like some kid has designed this.

Apparently the developers didn't consider to add the essential features to the app. There is not delete function, there is no way to turn off the camera mic. We were not informed about the absence of these essential features during the demo. Users do not have control over their own data. The customer service denied for a refund. They did not call us back when we asked to connect to a senior person. Airtel being a big brand should consider some user research before designing their services.

The app is continuously throwing error "Something went wrong, please try again after sometime." No fix available with customer support and not working at all even after reinstall or restart of phone several times.

App just sucks. Most of the time it just lags. Highly inconsistent. Freeze app issue, Functional issues, Live feed doesn't load, it takes ages even when connected to wifi or 5g. doesn't shows recorded video, getting to play recorded video is impossible. Alert doesn't come. Very slow most of the time. It just refused to work. Pure loot by airtel.

Edit: Again the Person Detection notification has stopped working since last one month. Motion detection works, but sends a lot of false alarm, and it is easy to miss some real notification in many false alarms. This just does not work consistently

This is a total flop as the services do not work as they are supposed to, no delete function no way to control the volume nor turn the camera off, both recording and live video goes blank and no idea how to fix this have commented. To add the customer support is worst and they have the audacity to say there is no refund once installation is completed and otp is given. This is against human rights as we have the right to take refund if the performance is poor and not as per expected standards

Airtel xsafe recently the updated app their lot of issue in video uplod and live video, they are saying we have trying fix from 2 month the same message from customer support. Worest service pls don't take it money waste and time pass customer support. They will say issue is from your end only. The service engineer are waste they don't have option to write what is issue observed during the site visit for service and also they don't offer service engineer for site for resolve the issue.

Do developers read the reviews, I am not sure, edited my earlier review which was of no use, it is more than a year alll issues highlighted still persists. It is only getting worse day by day with total mess, wierd functional issues. Recently using filters tried to play a cloud video it doesnt play but streams as if it is playable instead ony live feed appears, need a quick fix, please do address. Tired of posting app issues, mailing n raising request when no one is responsible to resolve.

Airtel camera , customer support and technical team is worst. They don't know what to do , how to do and what they are doing. Issue with cameras after using for 1.5 years. 1. Camera are based on cloud/server but 80% time there server does not work properly sometimes there is issue with recorded clips sometimes live feed.Even technical team don't know what to do. 2. Advice to Airtel just unlock these camera so customer can use it with sd card, free customer from it also Focus on telecom & dth.

Using filters not able to play cloud videos the videos shows streaming but only live feed appears and not playing the video based on the filter used need immediate fix,please address on priority, refreshing issues for all cameras. Overall the application is getting worse no improvement we see from the day of installation. Many times informed filter issues through our registered number via feedback in the application no luck. Who are these developers, who leads them, who heads this team no idea.

The service is frustrating 😑 If you do not have infrastructure and technology, why would you sell the product?! Learn from "Yi"; so smooth and seamless! Open the app click the camera and there you go, monitoring your surrounding. However, Airtel charges premium, anytime there is an intruder, the camera either loads 10 min or does not load at all! All that you have, if you're lucky, the snap of the intruder

I have 3 cameras installed. App is too slow. Although it captures every movement but this feature is existing from ages. Also, video TTL is 7 days. Most of the time, camera goes offline and customer support is so bad that they will say it was a server error and it has been fixed, so we'll not register a complaint. And when there is an ongoing issue, we will be told that there is an issue from server, so please wait. All in all, no complaint is registered. Very bad expereince

Neither the Camera nor the App works properly.Camera on tracking mode is clueless and resets every couple of minutes even though there is no movement at all.Observed Camera to be tracking even when the tracking is off. Very frequently it goes into a dead space for no reason.Blind spot is 4 ft in radius.It sometimes doesn’t show the camera which is already added.Many times the video is not played and can’t track live video.

It's been a year I am using this service from Airtel and I am extremely disappointed. Why? Let's see, A. Extremely slow application, doesn't load when you need it most. B. The footages are mostly a minute long or less. Many times I have missed important footages even when I have motion detection enabled. D. Application logs out and removes all cameras for me and my wife frequently. E. Recorded footages are only available till 12 AM of the day, next videos are available after almost 12hrs.
