I can't install this app. There's not enough data given to install all the apps that is needed from the phone company. Please give more data so this isn't a problem.

If you are already using AirVoice Wireless and are activated on their 5G+ network. Then, do not bother downloading this app. If you need to activate your 5G+sim card and are having trouble with customer service. Then maybe give it a try. All the trouble I have had with their customer service reps would take a lot more than 500 characters to describe.

the service is ok it acceptable but this device my god almighty I'd rather have a old flip phone I don't see how it functiona at all it a entry level quad core 2 decades outdated the camera system is a single lense that equal to a Obama phone selfie cam and one of the lenses is fake I removed it to see nothing behind it but pcb battery I have never seen a removable battery with a c port the specs make it unusable asking too much from the hardwarebeen better to have a small device that works

Definitely need better phones especially when the phone says you have service yet my phone stays acting like I have NO service and the internet sucks big time... Worse free phone company I choice to go through I won't make the same mistake twice that's for sure

Love the phone and this service was a dream come true. Could someone help me please. I had a mishap with my phone and the screen ended up broken. Making it impossible to unlock and use it in any way. I factory reset but that only failed to change anything. If I could get a replacement phone I sure would appreciate it.

The app is terribly designed, multiple functions in the app simply don't work. Customer service repeatedly hung up on me. I was told misinformation by an agent. The help desk hasn't responded in days. The chatbot sent me a broken link eight times, and all I was trying to do is purchase a new phone because the one they sent me was refurbished and came out of the box not responding to touch on the screen. Hands down the worst service I've ever had.

It will leave you feeling like you just talked to thin air. worst phone service provider that I've ever dealt with. the phone that they provide is actually a safety issue if you're stuck somewhere out in the middle of nowhere you're probably going to end up dead especially if there's an emergency and you need to get ahold of anybody good luck with that.

This Airtalk phone is doing what I wanted to do make calls and text. These generic phones are horrible. Thank God I have a tablet I use in the house. I haven't had this phone for a month and I'm already running out of data and if I go on Google or something I get message my phone is heating up. Haven't had to contact customer service yet . To be honest I think Assurance wireless is the best I think I'm gonna go back to them their customer service is good to. We'll see!
