Unacceptable experience- unauthorized charges and poor support Am extremely disappointed with this app, they deducted money from my account with out my permission.i did not authorized any transaction and it's unacceptable that their app allowed this to happen I am requesting that the developers take immediate action to 1. Refund the unauthorized amount of 48000 and investigate and fix this issue to prevent it from happening again Until then I do not recommend this app anyone

Thanks for your understanding. I have received my money back. I hereby cancel all the courses. I really appreciate your Google team professionalism. Please you people should refund my #31000. The money is meant for my school fees. Since I didn't initiate the transaction and you people stole the money without my consent.Please I haven't received my money. You said you have refunded but yet to see anything. I have seen my money back.

Fraud fraud fraud... I installed this app on 19 May 2024 and paid ₹4 for 3 days trial. After trial period my subscription was to be renewed on 22 May 2024. But when I used it on the same day 19 May 2024 I was not satisfied with this app and I cancelled my upcoming subscription on 20 May 2024. After cancelling my subscription they charged me ₹1240. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

Terrible and embarrassing,paid to use the App for 3 day and after the 3 day , I disengaged the App but went ahead to steal #31,000 from my Access bank account which I used my ATM card to makes the payment from. Up till now I have not recovered my money back neither. My advice to everyone, please, please don't even download the App talk less of making payments through your bank or ATM card , or debit card please, so that you don't end up like me

This is really a scam app, You people deducted #37,000 from my first bank account on the 30 of June 2024 @ 02:13:27 HR without my notice. I only subscribed for the 3 days trial which when I've noticed the app is not working I've deleted it, please return my money This is a fraud I can't recommend it for even for my enemies

I would have given this app a 5 star but for the cost. It's an intelligent app. Does what it's supposed to do well. N31,000 per month is a lot. That's N372,000 per year. Even Microsoft 365 for family is just a fraction. But function-wise, it's a good app.

I regretted downloading this app, and worst of it all is the subscription. 48k for a month is outrageous.I can't tell anyone to try the app when there are many other better and cheaper options. How can you debit my account without notice? This is fraud, after paying 70 naira for a 3-day trial, then I was debited without my consent. I need my money back. Google should find a way of dealing with this fraud

I downloaded the software and used it once after paying N70. I never opened it again only to see a debit of N31,000 on my account today. Kindly refund my money (I have sent a mail already). I should be the one to say I wanted to buy, debiting me without my consent is fraudulent. I will appreciate a quick reversal of my funds. Thanks

I Just applied for the 3days trial subscription to test the app and await their notification from them to me before my money is deducted to enable me choose whether to cancel the subscription or not. I was surprised this morning 3/5/2024 to see a debit alert of #31,000 in my account without my consent. This is fraud, please I need my money to be refunded. Thank you.

This is the worst scanning app ever, no free feature everything is based on subscription. I regret downloading this app Nothing works without payment, when there are many free apps available. You guys would have Indicated on time so we know we're paying for everything not deceiving us with ads everywhere 😠

This app is totally fraud, why will Google allow this app on their play store, I subscribe for a day #70 and after 3 days It automatically subscribe it self #37000 from my account which I did not know about, I have requested for refund and later got a mail saying it has refunded me, but up till now I don't know where the money is pls Google help me out I need my add earn money

My Google mistake debit my account to make payments for one month and I have been requesting refund..I never issues a payment, it was a mistake. I was told to message you I have receipt and invoice with me .... #37000 is too much for me to pay at once Please write back to me... Please I have not received my money.... Google said they have refund and I didn't see... Somebody help me out oh 37000 is huge in the tinubu regimen

Please is been over 72 hours and my money 17000 hasn't been refund, I was very easy to debit but very hard to refund, you debited without my authorization, is very bad you are not different from scammers

Thank you for your understanding, my account have been credited back. In line with the courses I layed, I hereby reverses the courses over the unauthorized subscription that was initiated through my account , I have received the credit of the said amount .please make the app free to use with little amount after you must have upgraded it to specifications for it's purposes. Thank you.

Frustrating! Upon opening I had to watch a video and nothing happened when I pressed the CONTINUE button. I closed the app and was able to go to the next page, took pictures of what I wanted, edited them, then got stuck again on the video of functions. This time I couldn't get past it. Great idea! Frustrating operation!

The five cent deposit for a 3-day trial is absurd and annoying. Tried saving a copy of the scan and it said it was saving to "Album" but I have no such software and cannot find the scan. The ideal scan software would be to be able to save it to your cloud storage, on the device itself, or to send it via email. The only option that actually works is to send it to email.
