New update of the AKBANK application doesn't support English language in most of the menus. As I requested inside the application, from AKBANK central support called me and explained how it is possible to change the language to English. Now the language of app is english

Nice app. The English version works quite well. Does not work with some wi-fi settings. It is better to use the network. It seems that sometimes (depending on the update) it connects to wi-fi or not!

Thank you for your reply and help. I was able to change the language to English though I had to change my password and go through security checks to do this. It would be far easier and faster if the language could be changed on the home screen before login. If this was possible I would change my review to 5*

This application has saved me on countless occasions. There are a few imperfections just like with any other app, but its usefulness cannot be questioned and rivals all other banking applications in Turkey atleast in my opinion. Keep rocking it Akbank.

Very good app and easy to use, Good luck There is one issue and I hope it could be changed, the payment of the registered bills always payed at the end of the payment time, it is better to be earlier to avoid any mistake such as account fund shortage.

It would be great to support phones that not have google play service and similar ones. More specifically microg, opengaps etc. There is a community excess of these kind of service for some reason. I kindly invite the devs not forcing to kind of services for more freedom to our device. thanks

I like this app but the only reason I am giving it one star is because after the update logo doesn't fit on the icon. I know its minor but for someone with OCD this is really bothering and the fact that I have no other option but use this app almost everyday is really irritating. It shouldn't be really hard, Its a square icon, please correct it! PS: I will update my review after this problem is fixed

Why do i have to enter my username, i entered my password once. And i have no clue what my username is. İ have phone number send a one time password or something. Middle of my weekend get away i can't access my bank bravo. Great user experience. Not to mention it has worse usability in any Turkish banking app I've used.

I updated the app to the latest version on my android mobile device. Used to run smoothly but now it is laggy and doesn't run smoothly at all. It doesn't respond to taps or slides until the sytem pops up a message asking me whether I will report it, close it or keep waiting for it to respond! FIX THE BUG RIGHT AWAY! 😡

Even if I disallowed push notifications, it keeps sending without my consent. Hope this is a bug and will be resolved. Otherwise if the app doesn't even adapt to my choices, how can we be sure whether it is watching our mobile activities, app activities and listen us? Unbelievable.

Although after an update the app had switched from an all English to almost completely Turkish interface, it was solved easily by the support team who followed up quickly after a tweet. The language support is continued but to switch you have to pretend you are a new/different user otherwise you will not see it. Glad to have all functionality in English again.

Have never had a problem with this app until 4 weeks ago. I am now unable to pay bills (electricity,internet etc). Keep getting an error message that says "due to system problem we can't pay your bill now, try later" Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still same. Before this I would have had no problem giving this app 5 stars. Please sort this out

Better than most bank apps in terms of keeping the session active. It may be dangerous, if you let others use your phone...

I'm extremely disappointed with the services provided, been trying to set my online password or pin code because of my memory loss, it keeps asking for my old mobile number, which is cancelled because i forgot to top it up. It doesn't give you any other option, i.e sending the code to your email address. You have to have a TURKISH number, living abroad, this is hard because it doesn't work. If you're abroad and forgot your password, you have no choice but to go to TÜRKİYE to set it all up.

Since the 'fantasticly useless upgrade' it has gone from a very easy to use app to one which if you want to pay anything with, you can't because of a "system error" just good for checking your balances now and transferring money between your own accounts. In short this is now a useless app. Reduced to two stars only given because it opens and shows my balances!!

The latest update gives no language options. The link to ask for help told me I have to change it to English to get help in English and since there is not the button they tell me to use, I cannot. Then they directed me to Facebook and ended the conversation. Not helpful. The app is now in Turkish on the main page though some of the links then give options in English. It would be very helpful if the language options were available again.
