Tooooooo bad, what a big difference between rajhi Saudi Arabia and rajhi Jordan, the app can't detect the internet connection, it always failed to connect

It's not working.. Lol!!!! This is a bank app. Not a stupid game app. And they just can't get it to work properly. Also, all banks in Jordan has cliq service. They don't.

After the last update, the application is not working on my Samsung A71 mobile. Note that my Android system is up to date. 11/2/2022 The problem wasn't solved yet.

Simply does not work after the last update. Crashers Immediately once try to open it! Currently I am using the website instead of the App.

Please make an effort to fix the financial state part as it keeps showing error! What a bank app that is not updated for more than a year!

Poor online service. Why do we have to insert the password and wait for a code message from the bank each time we try to use the app!! Like seriously it's so annoying.

I'm trying to open it since last update but it doesn't work , error message that it has a bug wait till fixed !! How come you release it with a bug, this bank app not a game !!!!!!

It's more than a year now and this app still does not work and keep on crashing. It's obvious no one is doing anything about it. Too many frustrated customer, but yeah who cares!?

The worst banking app i have ever used, and i have 3 other banks accounts. Not user friendly at all impossible to send money to another account. Cant pay bills with it

Super disappointed with this application and with the on ground service of the bank , the bank at their best time was horrible and now with the latest update which is suppose to bring a solution to the customer it made our online life more complicated. The reputation of the bank and the customer really deserve a better financial life.. please work loyal and harder to fix this issue.

I am not able to open the app since last update, although I have latest android version !!! Also, I can't login using web browser on my mobile to use the online services! I called the call center several times with no clear date for a fix ! The worst technical team ... they really do test on prod !!

One of the worst banking apps, Other than the bad UI/UX too many issues and bugs did you guys even did a smoke test for it before launching it? Wanted to use the app for a transfer even though I'm logged in using biometrics they're asking me to sign in again for *security* and it doesn't work even though all details are 100% right. The only bank in Jordan that doesn't have cliq as well. Last but not least the app shall make your life easier this one makes it harder and takes money for it.

The worst bank App ever!!!!!!!!! I seriously don't know how this bank got a good reputation ever!!! There is no way on earth to do any sort of transaction with this bank, if you went to the bank the minimum waiting time even if there is no one in line is an hour and it takes ages to accomplish very basic tasks. And even if you decided to use their App or internet banking it never works!!!!!

The last update of the app is a pain in the neck! Changing the language in the app seems like a miracle. In addition, much data related to bill-paying and other transactions got lost. However, this current situation can be worse than an expected update simply because the previous update kept the users unable to use it for more than 3 months in a row.
