I wanted to give this 5 stars but ultimately I uninstalled it immediately because upon testing the alarm it decided to absolutely BLAST an advertisement at full volume at me. I'm glad I was already awake when this happened because if it had happened at 4am when my alarm is set for, I would have murdered someone. What's wrong with simple banner ads these days? Everything has to be an effing full length 2 minute video ad??? It's an alarm clock for Christ sake. Give me a break!

I don't know what happened...maybe it's that I have a Galaxy...maybe it's the latest version of Android...but the requirement to address an alarm through notification instead of the big red off button is a fail for me. It's a real shame too, as I've used this for years. Also paid to remove the "remove ads" and it's still there, so uninstalling until something changes

I used to love this app. I loved this app for years. It was perfect. Color options, font size, easily selectable brightness, simple to set up multiple alarms, no other fluff. Just a real solid alarm clock. I currently have a galaxy S23 and it now crashes nightly. It's no longer useable to the point my phone suggested I put it in deep sleep because of how often it crashes. Which sucks, as this app was perfection.

The app has worked ok for me for several years. However, I'm not happy that it automatically turns my media volume all the way up nor the ads that would play, but at the time I was pressed, I bought it so I could be on time for work. There's no snooze function, and it will drain tf out of your battery because the alarm stays on screen. Finally, it's not recognizing my media files, so I can't change the music. I'm no longer mildly content with this alarm, and I'm uninstalling it.

Honestly, It is mostly fine, overall an okay app, except for a big problem that made me delete it. It's a bit weird, but whenever the alarm I set goes off, the volume on my phone goes all the way up. I was okay with it for a while, because the rest of the app was fine, but when I changed it, It was much better and fit my needs much better. This is definitely not a bad app, but there are better!

I love the appearance of this app. I can dim to a comfortable level without changing my phone settings. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because the app constantly crashes. I have the settings set so that the clock does not turn off while the phone is charging, but the app crashes and the clock display disappears sometime during the night. If I reset it, the same thing happens. If they can fix this, I would be a happy camper.

I've used this app for years and was very pleased, but just recently it started acting poorly. The app would shut down on its own in the middle of the night, the snooze button would disappear, the Swipe down to dim stopped working, and it started chewing up battery. I finally had to uninstall today. Please fix! It used to be the best alarm app out there.

Liked the look of this app, bought out of the ads, but have now un-installed after several days because it does not work as advertised. Brightness control is unresponsive. If I run the app overnight, it's so bright it makes my phone very hot to the touch. Last night, I finally got the screen to dim, but this morning I can't restore it and can't even see what's on screen. As others have noted it cranks my phone up to max volume, a problem since my wife sleeps later than I do. Pretty useless.

I'd like to report a bug. I've used this app for years, but lately, the alarm turns the volume of my phone suddenly all the way up, even if the alarm itself is set to a low volume. If my phone is quietly playing a video or music, it makes everything start blasting when the alarm goes off. The fade-in feature is useless.

Completely unusable. This used to be my goto app as plain alarm tones just wouldn't wake me up and having my music blast worked like a charm. But now, the app crashes upon trying to start an alarm if my phone is not actively unlocked, and even if the alarm DOES start, it sets the volume to 0 instead of max (???) I didn't even care much for the ads since I enjoyed this app so much, but now that's all ruined

I use it for my Monday through Friday alarm Works great the only complaints I have is 1 the annoying ads that pop up when I'm trying to change the alarm right after the alarm goes off to a couple of minutes later. witch should take 20 seconds at the most but sometimes you get a ad that makes it take significantly longer and is frustrating. 2 is that it drains my battery faste it's that bad that in my phone battery optimization suggestes to turn this app off and only this one.

I have had this app on my phone for the past year or so and never EVER had a problem. Now, just on the last two weeks it shut off in the middle of the night and I woke up late 4x!!! Update 3/4/24 I don't know what happened but this app is a total failure for the past two weeks. Support says they can't prioritize any issues right now. I've had this app for 10 years! It was fantastic. Now I have to uninstall and find another one. Bye 👋 😭

Now that I've spent several frustrating mornings trying to get this app to work the way it used to, I can put my complaints in bullet form. - Does not work reliably in nightstand mode, like, at all. Crashes randomly even with screen lock on. - Does not have snooze or stop buttons when the alarm goes off from nightstand mode, I have to find them from the drop down menu on the phone, which is super annoying - Only autosnoozes once. I like to chain them, I should be allowed to do this.

It does everything I need and does it well. Update: I've been using this app since 2016 and now it has devolved into pestering me for location permission, over and over. To turn the alarm off in the morning, I have to cancel the request for the location first, then turn off the alarm, and then immediately again, I have to reject the request for my location! I had even paid for the app. Go to Hell!

Hey, love the app--especially after I bought out the very annoying frequency of ads! :) But when I plugged the phone in to recharge while awaiting the alarm set for a couple hours later, in the meantime, my phone heated up alarmingly. I unplugged and the phone slowly cooled off. Don't know that I want to risk frying my electronics by continuing to use this app.

Love it! Never fails me UPDATE: Started using this app in 2015. Fast forward to 2024 and theres so many ads that the app is useless. Often times i cant turn the alarm off without having to first listen to ad. I agree with others that it glitches too often and sometimes just wont stop ringing at all and freezes the phone screen. I unfortunately have to uninstall and find a new app after 9 years of perfect service. Sad.

Sometimes the audio for an alarm won't play, yet the app still says the alarm is working and the volume is set to max. Whenever the alarm goes off the app set's the phone's volume to whatever volume you have the app set up for. This needs to change. There are so many other alarm apps that don't need to rely on changing the phones volume. One example of how bad the audio issue is I had a 6 am alarm that made no noise and I only realized it was still going off till 4:30 pm. Pls fix these issues.

Why does an alarm clock app have ads? Everytime I open the ad, I cannot silence my alarms so I have an alarm blaring at full volume with some ad going at the same time. Sometimes I still hit Snooze and then the app will stay open but ads will periodically play. One of them was a game with bullets/ guns? Can imagine the panic I had when I was woken up to gunfire? Don't download this app, find another one.

I have been using this app for many years access 5 different devices. It is the most useful and most used app I have. I believe it is the best alarm clock app on the market today. Since upgrading to a S24+ I am having the same problems others have reported! The dim only works some of the time, when having the display the alarm doesn't show the off or snooze buttons. I must close the app and reload it to get the buttons back. It appears to work as intended as long as I don't use the widget.

I have the paid, ad-free version and just started having issues. It freezes and crashes, and I cannot change brightness or use flashlight until I force close and reopen. It shows option to remove ads, but I've already paid for that and it does nothing when I touch it. I emailed support and got the same canned response as others sending me to their help site. I sent back the phone info they requested and have heard nothing in 3 weeks. Once they have your money, they don't care, find another app.
