love you guys for the response and services. the apps better than al rajhi and mcb bank but the problem is only small one opening the apps is loading as a big apps and more work on easy to add beneficiary's like 3 options mobile number ID card number IBN number

It was good before..now always have issues while adding money through stc pay..Most of time not able to see the otp..have to logout and log in everytime.. Plz fix

Can't open my acc. Even if I try to change the password it always tells to wait for the call of the bank to verify my new password but the bank doesn't call.

Very bad customer service long time try to contact them and didn't solve my problem even I can't cancel it because of server. Every time received error error Not recommended 👎I already did contact the number of CSR many times

Before I can login easily but now a day I can't login after I enter user name and password I got otp after I put otp app not getting open stuck only at first page haays how could I use bank application like this after send email feedback also no action taken on him still same conditions

The Otp issue in this bank is endless.. your new invention about sending otp inside the app is not working.. i keep waiting in the payment page, and it doesn't show "Aprroved" anymore.

This app no good always hang and very slow It is not possible to enter the password. If you enter the password, some numbers will be displayed

Suddenly not working and stuck loading, old app was better and reliable, am always big fan of alinma app, but new app is just slow and not reliable. Will consider moving from Alinma if this is not improved

I don't know what to do now I try everything that I know but why it's keep saying an error occurred while retrieving data? what do I need to do to fix this? please kindly help me about this issue? it's so tiring I tried how many times but it's really I can't log in!!!??

New version doesn't work and has many frequent bugs and errors. It keeps saying "please update the app" and it is already updated to the latest version. Other issues include not updating ID automatically (you have to physically go to the bank), bad OTP experience, issues when adding new beneficiary (it just says "error"), and slow experience compared to previous version

Good app international transfer and security check everything good but one issue debit card to stc pay amount transfer not working always error and open tha app not showing confirm operation ...so can't add the amount from bank to Stc pay .Do the need full ... Thanks Hello already one month finish still same issue Note :- Stc pay add money from debit card they shown log in to alinma app and approve but problem is every tine session expire only 5 sec this one not possible Very complicate

So bad 😞, keeps saying for new accounts, no transactions are allowed for 24 hours but more than 24 hours but still cannot transact or I can't send my money into the Philippines, I filed a complaints but they says they will solved it after 5 days the heck. It's been 3 days I keep trying but always no transactions are allowed for 24 hours.

It's working properly now. It needs to be improved. A lot of transactions are not being completed. Very slow response. Many times failed to retrieve card info. Can't charge mobile phone more than 100 SR.

The app is easy to use. But it bothers me, for how many days because the money I send doesnt recieve by the reciever, and the amount was deducted to my account. Hope you can help me how to resolve this

Very bad service when i tried to send money to the Philippines it takes many days before they received it and even when I try to call the customer service they will put me on hold and let me wait for 10 minutes and more and no one will return to my call anymore. They will say no one can speak in english. It's very stressfull and hassle transaction everytime. I don't usually right comment in reviews but the very bad service of alinma bank has put me in too much stressed.

Overall it's so good and easy to use. I'm new user and it's easy for me but I have One issue after add international beneficiary when I transfer thy money every time it show me "E901035 no transaction are allowed for 24 hours " even though I created the account 5 days ago and activate beneficiary 48 hours before..

Its a really bad experience. Previous method was very user friendly. Please solve it.
