Installed the app in new mobile and cannot access it as giving error message to delink the device where I already removed the app in another device. Not satisfied with the app. Better make auto detect of installed app in the mobile to avoid wasting time.

Add balance is not working, It got fixed one day, then i sent money to my international bank, it's more than a week now, and I still haven't received anything, contacted them they opened a case but no refund or any response after that. Worst experience with such app.

Not good experience. Always crashing in my Samsung A32 mobile. There is no support from the developer. I complained twice in the last one month but no feedback from the developer. Worst team I have ever seen.

It took 5 days to reach in bank ,second thing 7k indian Rupees I got less than transaction, Customer care not taking calls even trying on call for hours , all are busy. Worst app and System . Pls avoid sending money from this app

It's too frustrating to use this app. I don't know where my money go! I tried to call the customer service but they are not really easy to reach! I tried maybe more than 10 calls with almost 10 minutes each before they picked up! And just got an answer that I will receive a message for a ticket. And might resolve for 5 days. Good luck to my bills! Can I tell to the internet provider and utilities to wait for 5 days?

Experiencing issue with international transfer. Money added to wallet, and transfer to international account, Amount debited from alinma pay wallet but, Still it's 4Days passed money not credited in India. When trying to contact the customer support there is no any response. Experiencing issues with customer support and amount not credited. Worst experience for money transfer.

Very bad service alinma pay if I try to add money is very nice because alinma pay need money if i try to transaction to any where or use the digital card for Shop not allowing always showing wallet has been suspended and try to contact with the customer service the customer is saying you have to wait almost 10 to 15 days my 2 month salary is stuck at alinma pay

After receiving OTP. It doesn't process. 10-12 times tried. OTP receive very fast but next it doesn't work. So it only ate my MB's Data.

I don't know why I keep downloading it again and again, this app is so bad and it doesn't work, won't even let me add money, ridiculous! Lol, I thought I will download it and try again after sometime, it's still so bad, can't even login it just says something went wrong.

AlinmaPay -Wallet team I always face issues while recharging the alinmapay wallet through my bank card,this happens with me every time.This is really annoying especially when you want to a make International transfer on Urgent Basis. I think there should be an option to recharge alinma pay wallet through sadad. I am disappointed because i am unable to take the benefit of competitive exchange rates to India.

It does not show the status of international transfer. Also, if you purchase anything online using Alinma digitally generated card and have to receive refund from the merchant due to cancelation/return of order, Alinma pay won't refund your money even after so many complaints, according to my experience. So try not to buy anything online using alinma wallet credit.

Be cautious of the middle bank scams. The amount displayed on your screen before the transaction will not be the amount that will be transferred to the destination account. The middle bank deducts a hefty substantial fee, and you will not be able to dispute this. Customer service will simply refer you to read the terms and conditions. While I am not particularly endorsing FRIENDIPAY, but it ensure that the exact amount shown on the screen is transferred to the destination account.

The application has lots of errors. Have a bad customer experience as I request support for my wallet money. I transferred it for an important issue, and the receiver didn't receive it. Create ticket and they told me that within 5 days they will resolve my issue, and until now the issue didn't resolved, they return a 40% of the money until now and 60% not yet received.
