The worse app, takes forever to load things, most pages don't have English option, only Chinese, the old versions were still tolerable, but new updates made it impossible to use this, and our business is getting effective and also the supplier response rate going Down

Terrible app, takes forever to load message and keep failing to load, also it is freaking user unfriendly. Some message wont even show up in desktop version. And where is my dashboard to view my statistic??? Is this even design for human to use?

Poor Quality, Poor Services, Poor Interface, Poor Customer Service. Many glitches on this app, their webstore and web app. Enquiries are not synced with webstore. As a result those enquiries can’t be recorded. Fails to show the buyer’s contact detail, behavior while the same shows on the webstore. many problems in webstore, webapp. Pointed out many times but they have no concern with the customer’s problem. All they have concern is with the money. It’s time to find out the alternate way for B2B.

It wasting my lot of time. Moment I click on message and click on reply. App is signing me out and asking repeatedly to log in again. If you are really a big company at least correct this glitch.

Alibaba is charging 105000 Rs but they are not providing the service according to amount, this is my 2nd year and i still not received any business from Alibaba, Also this mobile supplier app is disgusting every time i open it , and it hangs, when i am trying to update it stop on 90% , my experience is not good after Investing 210000 Rs.

Very Slow to load any thing even having Snapdragon 855+ 12GB Ram .... Weekly update but no any change. Mostly Not receive Notification even many customers are texting. Chat style is very bad. Wrong translation. We have paid 2000$ while getting stupid app.

It's the worst version so far. Can't even the send the images to buyers, it takes ages to send. Too many unnecessary options.

Keeps freezing and lags a lot. Specially when we try to open new messages. No alerts for new messages even after activating all notifications in settings.

There is some problem in this app. It says that the new version is available. When I try to download it. Its progress doesn't increase and stays still for hours even though internet works fine.

Terrible app . It keeps you logging in all the time . Sometimes locks your account at Alibaba app. It should be deleted . It of no use. It keeps telling you retrieve password all the time. Wasting time and bundle

Trash app that is full with gazzilion useless and half working features. The most amazing thing is that this app should serve ONE purpose only, and that is having a great chat system as everything else is already being done on PC. But unfortunately, they are unable to even make that work. Peak incopentnce.

this application not very bad but it is making a lot of log off and you need to type your password many times sometimes it is happening consecutively till you get mad a leave it. the problem is that as a gold supplier you need very much this application in order to run your store. I am really amazed that a multi billion group like Alibaba can't make a fully functional application in English without this bugs.

This app always log out and doesnt stay log in to give me notification of messages or enquiries. Then it keep asking to install new update but even after so many times installing, it doesn't progress and keep asking to update again. Also it keeps saying qiannu working bench unstable and then just automatically exit me out of the app. This platform needs a lot of improvement. Your poor performance is also affecting my response rate performance. 😡

I have been struggling to launch the app for 2 months already. Every time I attempt to run the app, it crushes and doesn't open at all. Is there any way you can fix this issue? I think it started acting up like that after I upgraded my OS. I was wondering the problem is down to the incompatibility of the app with my current system

I am not happy with this app. It doesn't work properly. Everytime my accounts automatically went offline. Because of this issue I'm unable to answer my inquiries on time. This app is very slow. It doesn't show any nameof my clients. Just show their ID's. I can't search my clients. This app need lot of changes and improvements. Please note these issue.

This Application is not good and not perfect for supplier at all, it needs alot of work. Why dont you guys work on it. The speed of app is too slow, and it keeps putting logout also i am not able to search my customer anymore and it doesn't show the name of customers just show their IDs which is not workable at all when we search our clients. Please do the needful as its making frustrated.

App is good. But i cannot install latest version from play store. Only suggest to install from direct application. Why updated version not showing in play store.

This app will show me that it's time to update the app to the new version but when you get to the play store, you will won't find the new update, nothing to update. The worse in this is that when it starts showing the update info, you will not get notifications on messages from potential buyers even when they message you.
