Kept saying no files found but the file was right there!?!? Could not get it to operate properly

Doesn't access all files (thank goodness) I didn't find it to be all that great, and this is after months of having it. Also it's extremely hard to get out of, it demands more permission and won't allow you to skip it or exit. I had to press the main screen for the phone. Upon checking on how to be rid of it. It was still on the same page. Even after closing. In my app settings there is no app info on play store. All other apps have it though.
