Their driver took a long or wrong route to reach the right place or even charged us money for traveling on the wrong route. Even though GPS was on or where most of their drivers are arrogant or earn more money offline. When I complained about all these things to the company, a lady said that why do you use our app, then I uninstalled it and gave this rating, I wish Google would kick it out of here.

This app is BROKEN. I downloaded it today. After creating account and logging in. It spasms out when trying to enter my Uber/Lyft info, and now even the pickup location. But it also doesn't let me get any info for ridesharing... basically

The app doesn't work on Pixel 4a. It keeps flickering forever. The idea of the app is great though! Extra info: I chose "use without signing in" and I didn't allow notifications but I did allow location when app is in use Update: latest version still doesn't work on my phone

This app was recommended by a co-worker. I like that it gives me multiple options to choose from like rideshares (Lyft and Uber) or taxis/limos with the prices and wait times listed. So far it's going great for my use as an occasional rider and I have no issues with the app.

Time saving shows most favorable options for least expensive ride. Tried without it and the price was $10 more so GOOD JOB OBI!!!!! 😁

Prices are not accurate. App continues to get worse. Have to reconnect to Uber every time I use it. Nice concept, but they don't seem to be able to make it work. How do I participate in the beta?

Works better than I expected. I don't have to simultaneously check different rideshare apps. I would gove 5 stars. HOWEVER, Uber is cracking down and blocking Obi from logging in as a 3rd party app. This is causing the app to stop working. Obi will need to figure something out.

This app simply doesn't work anymore. At startup, the app is stuck on "locating you." I worked with support, waited three months for their promised update that was supposed to fix the problem and when the update was finally released, it didn't fix the issue.

I love this app. One of the most helpful apps on the Internet. I get promotions from Uber or Lyft all the time. If it wasn't for this app though, I would have to switch back and forth between apps to see which one I'm actually saving with. Sometimes it's still not the one with the promotion. Since you can link your Uber/Lyft to this app, it's shows you in real time what those apps are offering. This is always the first app I open when I'm looking for a ride. Keep up the amazing work team!

Possible bias? I love the concept of this app and I do use it. But I've noticed that it always lists Lyft as cheaper than Uber. I started going into the Uber app to confirm that the prices were accurate, and they just weren't. It's difficult to say definitively that there is some sort of "cheating" going on, and I do use the app to get a general feel for price surges, but I don't entirely trust it.

Excellent! Definitely saves a lot of time going back and forth between apps, having them load, and missing out on who's got the cheapest ride available. This app does it all for you. The only thing that kinda bums me out is that you have to have Uber and Lyft installed and they take up a good amount of storage space on my phone but it's worth the savings for sure! I highly recommend this app. It'd just be cooler if you could book rides directly using app instead of switching back and forth. 5/5!

I've tried to get this app multiple times over the last YEAR and it never ever works. My location will flicker on and off and if I turn off my location and set my pickup location manually it'll just put in a different address (even after putting it in multiple times). After that, I've tried to type in my address and my keyboard won't even pull up to type in the address like the search bar is broken. Unusable app. 0/5

Great idea but seems like the other apps may have caught on. I was honestly intrigued by this concept. I was delighted to see someone had consolidated all the apps into one hub to compare at one glance but unfortunately each time I clicked to confirm the booking the price jumped by over double what was quoted. Seems that whatever the main apps are feeding Obi it's holding back a number of fees and factors. Both Uber and Lyft did this same thing and an $18.xx ride jumped over $40.
