Can't book flights with the app. Can't view all my boarding passes or check-in. Can't do much of anything. I noticed that the app worked fine until hurricane Ian, when the travel notice at the top of the screen was added. The app used to be great. I'm quite irritated that I had to print all my boarding passes, and that the app is still telling me some of my passengers are not checked in.

I have been flying Allegiant since they opened. The past 3 or 4 years their mobile app has been sub par. You can't get past the baggage, when it's time to check in the app bugs out, you have to log in & out because there's always an error message. The pc work fine, but the mobile app is horrible. Please correct it. I have not seen any corrections with your updates.

The app would be nice if you could actually book a flight with it!. You can only get so far before it throws an error. So there for you have to find a computer if you don't have one or call to book your flight. All the app is good for it having a boarding pass (well, when it registers). It would be a great help to myself and I'm sure others if the app worked to its fullest. Fingers crossed, they get this fix in the very near future!!!

Horrible!!! Can't check in on the app - get error messages. Can't even check in on the actual website either. Nothing works. What's the point? I have the newest version of the app. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still get the same error messages. Then force people to pay $5 per boarding pass when neither the app or the website work for the boarding passes. Horrible! Do better. You're ripping people off.

It's fine when it works. It rarely works. Usually you can clear cache or uninstall/reinstall and it will fix whatever is wrong, but this doesn't work with the latest garbage version. Constant "unable to update information", inability to use the app to check in, inability to use app to view boarding pass once you check in on the website. Better hope you have access to a printer. No chat support available to fix issues.. phone only. Just awful.

Always an issue with checking in on the app. Edited to add: They just upgraded the system and it's even worse. Now (after the upgrade) it says there's an error loading my information, so my booked flights don't even show up. I have tried everything I can think of to get this app to work - force stop it and re launch it, check for updates, uninstall then reinstall. Nothing works. I have excellent home internet so I know connectivity is not the issue. Allegiant, fix your app!

The app is junk. It will not let you check in for flights, it just says that there is an error and you have to check in with a gate agent. Of course then they collect an additional $5 from passengers. I used the web to check in for my flight. I still couldn't view my boarding pass with the app. I had to go to my profile, then scroll through all my flights to the one I wanted a boarding pass for, select that, the app gave me an error message and then finally showed the boarding pass. Poor IT

Horrible app. Keeps saying it can't update my info. It allowed another family member to check us all in (thank goodness) but mine says we have to check in at the airport. Kept showing a previous flight from a month ago. Won't update to current flight. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now can't even get it to install...just keeps saying pending install. I have no access to a printer so need the boarding passes on my phone. Looks like I'm not the only one having this issue.

I have used this app for a few years now & it has been flawless. However, when I went to use it for my most recent trip, there was no "check in" box on home page. No matter what I tried the app told me my info was incorrect. I uninstalled the app, restarted my phone & reinstalled app twice with no success. This is a tremendous step backward in "user friendliness" for this airline.

Allegiant app is confusing and weird, I fly a lot and struggle with several issues using it: 1. It keeps all old trips history at the top, why? 2. Never let me check in although my flight is clearly on there: So my options are either to go back to my desk top, check in, and then refresh the phone and hope to see my boarding pass......extra time and work for sure! 3. Need to manually add trips to this app! Seriously, this App must be brought up to speed with reality.... Thank you

This app is consistently inconsistent. I am always having to Uninstall and reinstall. Yet it continually says there's been an error. It cannot be relied upon. For example I'll have gotten my electronic ticket, gone through security and by the time I'm at the gate, ready to board, it says there's been an error. Also my tickets always reflect double type so I can barely make out what it says about boarding and gate. Terrible. For all the updates, you'd think some of these issues would resolve

The Allegiant app fails all the time. On more than one occasion, it would not let me check in for our flights. We had to check in on the website instead (what's the point of the app, then?). After checking in online instead of the app, it will show I am checked in, but then it will not show our boarding passes. We had to print them from the website as a result. I have un-installed the app. Restarted my phone. Re-installed the app. Logged in and out many times. Awful app with high failure rate.

Awful! Constantly falling, giving error messages and don't try to manage your flight from the app! Use a web browser instead. And the fact that they will charge you to print a boarding pass but their app is this awful makes it that much more frustrating. I'm currently looking to book flights, I select available days and it tells me "error something went wrong, try again" and the error message keeps popping up. I was notified to update to the newest version, and it still doesn't work!!

Can you give the android Allegiant app 0 stars? I tried everything, but apparently either Play Store has the wrong version or Allegiant doesn't support android users. After spending a lot of time, out of frustration, I called one of my Apple User friends. All he did was click the update option, and he had access in about 30 seconds. There is no update option for the android version and uninstall, reinstall, and restart phone doesn't work

It's recently not been working on my phone assuming due to recent updates. When I click my trips, it wants me to sign in again... Fine. But then it loops saying the server has timed out and won't go anywhere. Also, when I click on the my trips and any other button on the home screen, none of them work. I have a flight tomorrow morning and now I won't be able to use my app for my tickets.

App does NOT work for boarding passes. Highly recommended to print them from a PC. The app only says "unable to access, try again later" for boarding passes, even after closing, reopening, signing out/signing in, rebooting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling, and resetting password. Still won't access those boarding passes. The company really needs to figure this out if they want me to ever fly with them again.

Absolute freakin joke. I've been trying to check in for my flight tomorrow for 45 minutes and there are several steps which is unnecessary in and of itself but then it gets stuck on the last step and won't stop loading. That's on their website but when it comes to the app, I can't even get past selecting myself as the person I'm checking in before it gets stuck. Absolutely infuriating

I've been monitoring the issues with this app since booking an upcoming trip. I have the latest version 7.2.3. The Buttons on the home screen still do not work for "Book Flight, Check In or Manage My Trip". This absolutely has to be fix AND they need to add a "hamburger" app menu as a secondary path to access those functions. Otherwise this app is completely useless & you'll have to do everything through your phone's browser of choice.

This App is not well configured for Droid. I have brand new Samsung s24 and the boarding pass is not fully legible on screen, which makes using digital boarding pass via the App impossible, so I'm back to paper 🤦♂️. There are also multiple places where the App text overlaps other text and the screen doesn't auto-fit when using it. Beyond that, there are numerous steps that are redundant and should be streamlined for better UI/UX. Needs an overhaul.

Buttons on app to book flight and manage trip do not work. Disappointing that after 5 years & several updates, there is no improvement. This app is terrible. It will not allow me to check in on the app. I can do it online from my mobile, but not from the app. Since my mobile is not connected to a printer, I have to pay at the counter to get a boarding pass. worst app ever!
