Used aloSIM on a recent trip to the USA. The APN info was incorrect at first but customer service was quick to correct and I was ready to go. I saw constant speeds and service everywhere in NYC. I will use their service again.

Good for the first time, but if anything happens, don't expect any support. No phone number, support takes hours to respond, no live chat, bot chat sending you in circles. The money I paid the second time, I will be filing a fraud case for no service provided.

Great service everywhere, quick support supplied when I had some trouble. Thanks to Kevin for his patience as I stumbled through my phone settings, etc. lol. Will definitely use it again when in Europe!

this eSim worked well most of the time. Sometimes it was slow to connect but would eventually connect. Happy to have coverage while travelling. Easy to see how the usage was going via the app.

I had some difficulties at the beginning. The eSim didn't seem to work until I restarted the phone. So please turn the phone off and on again if you face issues as I did. Besides this, it worked very well, good service provider in Albania.

This is my go-to app for data when abroad. No more swapping sim cards. Alo data plans have proved reliable in UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

Speed is mostly LTE at best in Thailand, Japan, Taiwan. Had issues with extended outages and was given an alternative APN to use in Japan and Had to use it in Taiwan as well. Considering they are at the premium cost level the performance is not meeting that price.

Prices are fairly competitive, though they do depend on the area. Installing the eSIM and getting it up and running is pretty simple too. I've had issues a few times, but what really helps is the excellent customer service! I've had support trouble shoot issues with setup as well as speeds. When things haven't worked out, they have not hesitated to process refunds. 10/10 will recommend.

Positive: Once installed, works great! E-sims for more countries than I will ever get to. Negative: It took four back and forth emails over a week to get all of the settings correct on my Pixel 6 phone. More Positive: aloSIM's and Hushed support is truly amazing, friendly, on point.

aloSIM, couldn't have been easier to download. I did have one question while downloading and the support team answered within minutes. Once I arrived in Spain, I just toggled the esim on, my home provider off and voila I had perfect service. perfect coverage. I used google maps the entire time I was away and was always connected with no delay. Great value for the money also! I will definitely use aloESIM again!

I've been using Alosim for a couple of years. I travel about half of the year and now use Alosim even when I'm home because having a phone plan doesn't make any sense for me. I have a virtual phone number now anyway - I only need data. Sometimes (rarely) I have to manually select a network. The only downside is that it can be hard to install. The QR code is great IF you can scan it from another device. Setting the APN can be tricky the first time. Manual installation has improved though.

I've used this app in the US and Europe. Some reading is required to get it set up, but it works fine except that every time the phone is powered off, the APN that was added (alosim) to use the esim dissappears and has to be added again. I have contacted Alosim support a few times about it and have never been given a solution. I'll be using a different esim app next time.

Literally the best out of all the eSIM apps on the Play Store. It might just be the only actually legitimate and cost efficient eSIM data plan services you can find. I downloaded so many apps looking for what aloSIM offers, tried them all just to find out it's a scam or pure useless garbage bombarded by ads. Once I found aloSIM it only took me a few minutes to get set up with an eSIM and get connected to a (blazing fast LTE) data plan. LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS THE ONE!

very Good.. I used this while traveling in canada.. the service was great.. had data wherever I went.. very good speed.. the only 2 issues were installing the sim requires scanning a qr code.. which I had to take a pic of with my tablet and then scan it with my phone. the other thing was when I turned my phone off the sim card disappeared and had to connect to wifi for it to work again.. in summary those issues were not a deal breaker.. Great service.. reasonable price.. would use again

Worked perfectly as described. Only minor hiccup was when we flew from the UK to Portugal, when I turned phone back on did not connect to local provide immediately. I had to turn off the sim card and turn it back on . Once I did that worked flawlessly in Portugal as well. We were both in the north (Porto & Duoro) as well as in Lisbon and Cascais

Very unreliable, slow speeds. In Vietnam & Colombia only 2G service - useless for data. In 3 other countries, usually less than 10Mbps, never more than 20Mbps. Local physical SIM cards in each case delivered faster speeds for less money. Only in one case the install & connection worked automatically. Customer service is friendly & responds quickly, but unable to solve there technology issues. I switched to another provider - easier & more reliable ...
