Very bad App . Very bad customer service . No one will answer your mails . A moment ago I tried to sell my stocks and every time pops up ( Insufficient stocks ) although I sell the stocks I have . I will sell all my stocks and remove the App .

After latest update app is not hanging much. But still very slow. This way alrajhi capital will lose many consumers. Please fix the bugs and make it faster. Hope anyone sees this and fixes it as soon as possible.

new app of alrajhi tadawul is very extensive and due to this it is also very slow. once you open your profile detail than it becomes super glichy and you are unable to perform trade for 19 minutes or you close it and reopen it again.

There are lot of advancement in application, slow response on sort option under portfolio. Worst customer care service, No respond on toll free call, Twitter and direct email.

If there is 0 star so I will give this app a big zero . very poor system I cannot update my iqama id and I have to remove my money from my account and they blocked my account and says go to Al rajhi capital Riyadh for update

When trying to update KYC info, got stuck in mailing address all countries are there exept Saudi !. Then the update freez for no reason.

Greetings Team, I opened my portfolio from AlRajhi banking App and purchase sum mutual funds, when I try to register through AlRajhi capital app not allowing me saying my mobile is not correct since fifteen days, reinstall app several times but the same.

It's almost a month every day i try to complete the sign up, but every time I enter the otp, it gives me some time "error," and sometimes, "ID expired." It's almost a month, and until now, it's not fixed

the app interface good, but technically I have two Big problems now, one is that i ordered some mutual funds and all status is under review for days! Can't even cancel the intelligent mutual fund for growth order showing error in cancelling!! Another problem is i tried withdraw from international account to alrajhi capital main account and in history it is accepted but alrajhi capital main account balance still same, so this is a critical problem as i can't withdraw!!!

Funds transferred to the wallet goes missing. Trying to resolve any issues is also impossible because their automated systems are ridiculously difficult.

Old app till 2022 was much better ,this version suffering each update from somthing new ,very slow response ,i can't open orders ,watchlist even dashboard Samsung phone I try multiple times even night ,it doesn't work

Disappointing app I can't transfer money from my account to my wallet.. ,it looks like many customers are facing technical issues (bugs) in this new app version, and no correction action has been taken until now The customer support for alrajhi Capital is disaster

It is one of the worst banking and trading apps I have encountered in my life, not user-friendly. No proper information, no proper update on time as it is a trading app it should be accurate al the time. the deposit will take 2-3 days once you start depositing again, and angain and same gose with Withdraw and best part transfer and deposit bank is Al rajhi bank only.

The old app worked perfectly. This one iis laggy and has a lot of unnecessary steps. I spend 500% more time to achieve the same thing on the old app. It freezes for a long time if I want to edit an order. It takes way longer to show funds added compared to old one. All buttons are not sensative to touch, youcan scroll up and down but buttons make you touch the screen the same way you deal with GPS devices 20 years ago. One star is a nice gesture, it should be a no star.
