Bad experience. You should spare more than one hour for one simple work on it. Very difficult to login, nafath app login, then re-login, too much checks

Poor apps. Im updating my profile so I can manage for my appointment booking yet still request submitted for review?until now no update happening in my apps! Still cannot book for appointment!

It's not useful if you for exmple work in Riyadh but your famliy living in Jeddah. All appointments are in Riyadh only and there is no way to change it. So for now it's useless to me. I hope they can change it becuse what is the point of it?

The app is a huge improvement from the old one but there is one big issue, when i choose navigate me to my appointment its always guide me to KFSHRC Riyadh when my appointment is in Madinah i think its need to be fixed.

Poor appointment instructions. Nobody calls at the scheduled appointment time for tele clinic. Conflicting information in the appt. Example says no need for inperson for tele clinic but then doesnt let you check in via the app, says go see the appt desk...

Unable to book an appointment with any family medicine doctors. Once I tab it gives a blank list . I have the latest version . I noticed its been like that sicnce covid times . I hope you guys solve it .

Why is it so complicated to log into the App? Very frustrating! Open the App, go to nafath, approve the code, enter password....this process is unnecessary long and complicated.

Not able to login thru app...it was working fine and then one fine day, cannot access it for more than one month now and there is no back end support..pathetic..whenever I try to login it dmsays bad request ir request too long..wonder what that means 😔

It used to work fine. Now I can't log in at all. Keep getting a message that "request is too long". Shame because it was useful for booking appointments and checking my weekly blood tests

I'm disappointed with such invested efforts and money, this app is usless at many different levels. appointments, pharmacy, lab, medical reports... eventually you'll have to call the hospital number. so do yourself a favore and uninstall this app and go back to the 90s and use the phone.

Very bad app .. although I am KFSHRC staff but this app is waste of time has lots of technical issues and errors and verrrrry slow .. this is very frustrating !!! We cannot open anything (lab results, xrays, appointments ...etc) it keeps loading for 2 minutes or more then you face the usual error!!!

The worst application ever, signing in is alwaays problematic, the application always hanging or not loading data correctly. Requesting refills or supplies is often invalid. I have tried many other hospital's applications and this by far is the worst.

Definitely better than the older app, but many of the new & old services simply don't work. It's like they're all placeholders & it's making its usage very hard; most links are dead, lead and redirect to errors. I still have to call the hospital for nearly everything I need to know & do, like it's designed for people that barely have any problems. A terminally ill person like me can not use your services properly because everything is soft blocked. Location based check-ins don't work either.
