Riddled with bugs and needs constant work arounds. I haven't been able to start my route because of this fresh install asking me to "update to the latest version" despite having uninstalled the old app as requested, restarting, reinstalling etc. I assume I'll have to rescan my packages individually if I can even get it working. Get it together please, most of these partnered businesses have other work to be done, and the app causing this many issues (on a regular basis no less) is contemptible.

I downloaded the app a few weeks ago and have had no issues till today. I went to do my 2-6 and it says upgrade to the latest version, install now. I clicked on it, nothing happened. Deleted the app, re-downloaded it, nothing worked. So now I missed my block, probably lost pay because I have to fight for that now and have no idea when I can work again because I don't know when this will be fixed. Thanks Amazon!

I absolutely loved delivering for Amazon. I did it straight for 3 years, 1,000+ deliveries and now I can't even use it because bots have made it incompatible with my phone (Pixel 3a). I don't bother involving support because it's the same thing every time, "you're going to have to buy a new phone so it will work". I'm heartbroken and wish it would change back.

since switching to the app, everything's kinda been the same. the app works well, minor bugs here an there nothing to big. the gps is my main thing with the app, it can get kinda sketchy often, but usually fixes itself. The one annoying thing is the "out of delivery area" it's a big orange circle you need to be close to or you can't continue the delivery. That needs some major work, it is the one main thing that will definitely slow down my route.

Amazon is a great company, and the Flex program is great, too. Unfortunately, this app has many persistent bugs, and there is no official way to report them. I have to fight with it every time, especially during the delivery of the first package in the route, where the camera just does not want to engage. You have to go back and forth in the app until you get the button to take the photo to show up. The maps are also lagging behind Google Maps, especially when you start your route.

If possible to give zero stars, I would. Every other time I try to open the app it says that I need to install the newest version when I have done just that the day prior. You have to constantly hit "refresh" to POSSIBLY get a block. The connection is always spotty - terrible service. When I finally got a block and tried to schedule it, the app froze and I had to clear out of it. When I went back in, nothing was there. You would think Amazon would know how to make an app. This is garbage.

This app is very frustrating. It's a lot of bug fixes that need improvemen. I'm having trouble connecting when I arrive at the Amazon hub stations, I have to close and open constantly and I have to toggle between wifi or no wifi or restart my phone to get the app to open. As far as when I am able to use the app once I start my deliveries, it works fine, but I have problems synching my data at the end of my block. Once these issues are fixed I'm sure this app will be great!

Needs work. Before the app, I could see my route on the screen even if I didn't have service. Which a lot of places don't because they are so far out. So this makes it more time consuming to see where you are going. Also do not like that it will not work at all if your Bluetooth is off. Lastly, if I don't have service I cannot navigate through the app now. Where I could before, so I'm forced to use other apps. And you cannot do anything until your back in service. I can hear the voice now.

This app doesn't help us work efficiently. 1. GPS needs a drastic change in improvement. 2. I have never had the capability of making calls to customers when needed. Texts don't always work either. It's very frustrating. 3. I worked tonight, and it's not reflecting on my earnings page. Why? 4. I arrive early to p/u packages at warehouse (15 min early), yet routes already reflect as "late" affecting my standing. 5. Customer support doesn't help. They ask you to email Amazon Support. Ugh!

Bad pay and bad app. I constantly get routes that take longer than the block time. They send me to awful rural areas that even put me in danger with my AWD vehicle. They send you with packages to businesses that are already closed and don't pay you for your time to return them. They give you the option to return them in the morning as if that somehow makes up for the fact they aren't paying you to return them. The app is awful. Maps are incorrect, it's buggy as hell, and they don't care.

I keep getting the error 420 when I try to get blocks. Support is telling me that my device isn't compatible. But if my device wasn't compatible, how am I able to do the blocks I've scheduled prior. Ive had SO many issues with this app and all the updates that haven't been improved. It only getting worse. Flex really need to do better because this is ridiculous!

There has been an issue with "instant offer" notifications opening the app to the home screen as if no offer ever came thru, and this has been happening for probably a year now. I've written customer service many, many times and the latest response is they're working to fix it. Terrible. I asked about compensation for all the offers I've missed due to their app bug and I get silence. Not to mention, Amazon customer service is absolutely horrendous. They copy paste generic responses mostly.

can't catch a block! i have been doing this for almost 2 years and have never ever had trouble catching a block but on the new app after latest download, rates don't ever go up, blocks just disappear, & when i *do* see a good rate, it's already taken (it seems like the scheduling lags regardless of wifi or mobile.) getting very frustrated with this and amazon only tells me to uninstall/reinstall. fix this danged thing!

This app has had some issues for a long time. The navigation can be really good or really bad. The system for actually getting offers is dominated by bots and Amazon won't do anything. It's extremely difficult to get an offer that you want at a decent price. They don't send out instant offers often, but it seems to be a new problem with this app version that they don't pop up a notification on screen anymore; I just missed one. Ban the botters!

A decent option for a side job or extra $. Realize before hand you will be competing with people who use bots to grab blocks. At the moment it is a headache trying to get a block having the most ideal circumstances (Very high connection speed on device, tapping as fast as can, etc..). The likelihood of getting a decent paying block that's worth the mileage you will possibly put on your vehicle right now is slim. I personally will never use a block grabber so my experience is without it.

Just as janky as a month ago. Couldn't go through onboarding and they kept sending me reminder emails to do it by the last day of this month to 'continue driving for them'. I gave it until close to the last day for as many errors to be corrected as possible and still can't go through onboarding, but now I can't even get as far as I did before. I can only imagine the issues this thing has once you get into it.

Flex is a good way to make extra, supplemental, money. The app is solid, and does require a lot of updates to keep going. This is fine if you do it regularly, but casual use will be frustrating. It does lack some user friendliness, when things do not work as they should (geo fensing), or when you need drivers support. Some time it is drives support, and other times it is the app. As an example, the help phone number listed when not on has a recorded message saying "this is no longer Flex Help".

It CAN be a good way to earn extra money when the app is working correctly. Driver support is disorganized and only provides 'copy paste' responses, so if you have a legitimate issue - be it with the app, deliveries, payouts, etc - don't expect it to get resolved. On the off chance it does get resolved, it will take a very, very, VERY long time and you'll be repeating yourself over and over again to driver support in the process

When the app updated from the one you had to download from a random third party site to being in the Google Play store I stopped setting any blocks. I thought it was just me being to slow, fast forward to today and it has yet to show any trips. Please don't give me the generic uninstall reinstall log out log in as I know how to do all of that. I contacted support for help and they were lost and unable to help. The only thing I can see is this new version shows no car listed anymore.

I've been a flex driver for over a year I never had issues getting blocks. Ever since this new install it's extremely difficult to get blocks. I don't see as many offers as I used to either. My standing has been fantastic for many months now. Nothing has changed on my end except the new app. The app has not given me any issues as far as navigating during blocks I do get. Turn by turn is spot on.
