whyyyyyyyy did you change this app? It requires more steps and is much more difficult to use. It is visually awful, too. The old app was fine!

AEFCU has been extremely good to me and my family. The option of taking out loans has helped tremendously. Financial classes have been extremely beneficial. The new app seems to be pretty good but I hope my payroll check will continue to be available to me two days early as usual.

bank is great but for about a month the app has had issues now its completely broken edited to respons: did that all ready and uninstall and reinstall latested attempt after posting review seamed to fix issue. new app is still buggy but works enough to bump from 1 star to 2

Since the recent update, neither myself nor my relatives have been able to access our accounts on the app. I tried logging in on the website but it now says there's no record of my account. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

Don't know why you changed the app. This app rarely ever works or accepts my password. It almost does the same thing on the website. I type in my information and it rejects it. I take the same information to the web browser and then it makes me type it in again for some reason but at least it let's me in my account. So stupid. Get it together
