I can't use the app at all, 100% crashes every time I try to open it. I'm trying to use it on a new phone, Samsung S24 Ultra.

Barely works, but atleast this lets you actually pay your bill while the website currently doesnt let you finish paying.

WHY give me a "choice" to "update now or update later" when you won't let me log in until I update. Irritating to have to jump through the hoops; 5 min payment just became 15.

It won't let me sign in. It says my password is wrong even though the website accepts it. I changed it on the website and it still said it was wrong.

Could be better... Wish there was a way to load individual vehicle Insurance cards into Google Wallet, but it's missing barcode / QR code needed nearest I can tell.

Can't pay Life policy. I just downloaded and created an account so I could start paying in the app. I've always used my bank online bill pay but American Family still makes them send a check instead of electronic transfer, and USPS has become unreliable getting mail delivered on time. After messing with the app and not being able to make a payment, I went to the website to find you can't pay Life online. I had to use their archaic phone payment. I haven't used one of those in decades, pathetic.

App constantly closes itself when trying to log into my account with a pop-up trying to get me to give them my fingerprint. Why is my insurance company trying so hard to get my fingerprint that they will block my access to my insurance if I don't give it to them?

Easy to use. Easy to put my payment information in. Easy to make updates to my address name and other profile information. I love that I can either print a copy of my card, download a copy, or be able to produce it on my phone, in case of an accident or a traffic stop.

Can't download one of my insurance cards, not acceptable especially when urgently needed... [update] developer fixed my issue in ver 2.72.0, updating my rating back to 5 star. Thanks.

The app never opens when you need it to. It does not recognize the fingerprint every time and is always asking to log in with a password and still won't recognize it when you input it. However, it recognizes it when the same password and username are used on the website. It's frustrating.

I'll grant the app 2 stars for what I will refer to as "basic functionality." That said, it seems overwhelming probable that AMFAM was cutting costs, and corners, in the area of app development. It's kind of, JUST useful enough to DL and use (when necessary). If nothing else, it's a way to store some basic insurance coverage/vehicular info on your phone. THAT, by itself is worth a couple of stars. Perhaps there will be improvements soon?

I like the app it makes it super easy to pay your bill and to receive your insurance card if you need it right away. But one problem is when I pay it before hand like a few days before it still doesn't come out until my pay date. I would like for it to take out the day I submit or at least the next day besides it being the weekend. Other than that, great insurance company I've been with them for over 3 yrs now.

The app is convenient... when it works. However, most of the time, or maybe every time it updates, I have to uninstall, then reinstall, because it asks for login credentials, then just sits there saying, "loading preferences" for an undetermined amount of time. It never actually completes login, so I have to use the website anyway. Needless to say, that is quite the opposite of convenient. Why have the app when you can do the same thing on the website, which I have to do 90% of the time.

This app is horrible, even worse than The Hartford app! It never remembers me, have to put my info in every time I use. The options available are a joke. Can't even send them an email because the app doesn't remember me and email/ and or pass word goes unrecognized. Can't even do the chat. Its a broken record. This app is a total waste of your time. Don't bother installing.

Update 5/12/20-app doesn't work at all anymore. I have reinstalled several times and continue to get a load screen that states "retrieving preferences". The app previously asked me to go paperless and just have the insurance cards on the app, ok neat! I did that and I ended up with a ticket for being unable to produce my insurance because of this horrible app. Whoever is reading these, PLEASE fix this!!! This has been a problem for over six months now. Please.

This app is one of the most simplest, easiest ways to pay a bill online! Once the app opens up, I can have my balance paid within 10 seconds, literally! If I put in a different amount, I'm done and gone in 15 seconds or I can look over my entire statement and be finished in a minute. Straight forward AND NO ADS! I wish every app was like this one. Paying bills online would be a lot quicker, it'd still be painful to watch your money disappear, but a whole lot quicker. :)

Pretty app, poor functioning. While it LOOKS good and is easy to use, the ease of use stops the moment you try to click on something. Anticipate sitting with a "loading" screen until the app crashes or your phone battery dies, because it's honestly not going to allow you to do anything. It happens in multiple phases of the app, but my current battle is with uploading photos in claims. I'm just going to allow our repair shop to take care of it because It's not worth half the battle with the app.

Excruciating experience to try to file a claim. I got my claim to (mostly) save... I think... piecemeal. Had to re-enter some data (e.g. the accident description) at least 4 times as progress was lost repeatedly. Only some photos saved. I spent about an hour trying to enter/re-enter text and attach/re-attach photos for a claim. User experience was horrible; what should have been a simple task was confusing and the application didn't work properly. Spelling errors to boot!

I pay my homeowners and umbrella annually, my auto, every 6 months. I'd LOVE it if your app allowed payment choices: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual. When I tried to pay the full amount of my auto, it took a much smaller payment and wouldn't let me change it. Oh, and every time I use it, it asks me to update the app. When I try, there's NO update thtough Google Play.
