The Amex MENA app is for Personal and Corporate Cards issued by American Express Middle East. If your Card is not issued by American Express Middle East, then you will not be able to log-in to the Amex MENA app.

AMEX can't compete with other banks in this region. The network is very small, the fees are very high.

Couldn't use the app. Doesn't show Saudi Arabia for the list of countries. I guess KSA is now out of Middle East.

Need extreme imporvements. The app is outdated and too buggy to be an amex app.

Extremely poor design, no possibility to pay from Qatar, impossible to use the points for shopping online on your catalogue. Useless application.

I have a Brazilian Corporate card and cannot find a Amex app. This one is available for Brazil but won't work with Brazilian cards.

Why is an app that is supposed to be adhering to the highest security standards still using the pre-android 6 permission model? I'm not going to update the app for the time being

More services should be added. The ability to change a card PIN number will be very useful and in some cases important and urgent.

A more obscure and opaque app. Not as easy to track spending, billed vs unbilled transactions. A cynical update.

It is very difficult to register even after calling the customer service . Tried many times and finally gave up as it would not accept all user names and passwords

The app does the job, but with a ridiculous amount of glitches. I hope they update the full interface to match the UK version.

The app looks too outdated and glitchy. Both the app and the website feel like they are an afterthought compared to the international versions, they look like they are stuck in 2012. Very disappointing by such a brand. 👎🏼

Very pathetic card to use in Oman, as most of shopping malls are not accepting and you cant buy anything on installments... I think this card made for USA, not for GCC. Heart broken 💔💔
