It took me about an hr just to try to type in any info since it kept saying it was loading.and then I finally send it and I get notified a day later that the bank wants my w-2,social,etc..

It is really horrible to use because they give you the option to pay with your bank account and then they don't make the money available until 5 business days All they want is more money for you to use your credit card or debit card

Very poor signal. And pay less that the promotion say. Even with the code Take for ever to connect even in the app or we'd. Same bad service I am very disappointed with it.

This app is terrible and not trustworthy. Two times when they take the money and the transfer shows as "successful" the money was taken from my bank and Amigo Paisano says no, we didn't. Avoid money issues y de verdad mucho cuidado con esta app.

I have not been able to sign in the app everytime I do it says password incorrect and when I sign in the web my password is correct. The app needs to be fixed.

Service was atrocious. Applied promo for additional compensation at the time of exchange and miraculously a code wasn't applied and can't be applied after the fact. Also, the amount of hoops i had to jump to try to get my recipient his money without luck was outrageous. Now I have to cancel the wire transfer and will see how many hoops they make me jump through to obtain my money back.

Worst experience in money apps. It's too slow, every time this app log me out. I did a transfer and never discount the money of my bank account, never did the transfer. Only they got my data. So bad customer service. I'm worry because they got my personal information. Don't try to use it, it's too bad.

Even worse than moneygram!!! nightmare trying to pickup money i sent myself in mexico... i chose pickup at Chedraui (there are 3-4 availabke for pickup in playa del carmen, and they are listed as pickups on amigo paisano app!) Went to first one, they never even heard of amigo paisano.....!?!? Went to second, same thing!!! Went to 3rd store, and system was down. after that, i cznceled and uaed remitly which ive had zero problems with, but i was lured in my the promo rate..seems like scam..

Worst money transfer experience ever!! Stay away!! Tried because of the promotion on Facebook. the transaction was canceled, no message. Found out until the day money was supposed to be available, then tried to send it again using the "in minutes" option, hours later money wasn't available. Call them, no one answered, many tries later, got an agent, and told me there was a problem and I had to send proof of ID, etc... we canceled it right away and used Remitly, less exchange rate but delivered

Tried to send myself money while visiting México and apparently, you need to send it from the US before you arrive. Therefore, this app is useless to travelers who are not currently in the US. I did not do it from the US because I think it's quite weird that you have to get so far into the money transfer process before you can enter the promo code to see the conversion rate.

I had a terrible experience using this money transfer app. I frequently send money between countries like Australia, Colombia, Europe, and the US, and I have all the necessary documents to verify the transactions.
