Tried to reset password 4 times, every time I'd get a verification code the screen would change back to sign in screen instead of allowing code to be entered! Had to call and spent at least 40 minutes of my life trying to get in. They had to finally do it for me on the phone! So frustrating

Original issues persist 1 year later. Now the App is 6 days late in updating 07/14/2024. App does not update in real time, multiple parts are still unaccessible. The app does not actually save any time when AMN calls, emails and notifies you in the app for everything. I have worked with you for 9 years and contacted AMN about issues with the App. For example per AMN and my credentialing agent everything is met for my assignment as of 03/01/2023. On 03/03/2023 the app credentials missing.

The app is not very mobile friendly. It's impossible to use to find new jobs because the listings aren't current and it never follows appropriate search terms that you set prior to looking for job listings. Basically the app is only good for submitting time cards and is pretty poor at every other function.

App crashes frequently, I have uploaded my licenses 6 or 7 times on different occasions. Licenses still don't show. No access to previous paperwork. Unable to navigate map ro see job locations, because is being blocked by job posting. App doesn't show all jobs available. Website and app just keeps getting worse and more difficult to navigate.

Where do I start... My speacialty "CNA" wasn't an option. I found out 2 weeks later for CNA choice click "healthcare professional". Then I was able to see positions and was assigned a recruiter. There were duplicate request for documents. Documents were pending for review for several days. Some still are pending weeks later after submission. Kept getting request for background check after being completed twice. Tried to sign my contract but every time I clicked on it, it exited & logged out.

In theory, it's convient, but the app is slow, crashes when you try to access some features, makes you download files before you can view them, and even then downloads corrupt files, so you can't even view them. I'm suprised at the lack of quality, considering how hard they push you to get and use the app.

This app does not work most of the time. It does not sync with the online AMN Passport (Non-app site). I will have no required activities required on the Computer Site and yet the Phone App will say that there are "Action Items" needing to be completed. When I click on any of the "Action items" on my phone, the app freezes and I have to restart my phone to exit the program. Why is there such a discrepancy between the information available on the App and the non-App Online AMN Passport? AMN is not some little company being run out of someone's home, it is a major corporation. The website and APP are so completely different that It seems like 2 different teams are working against each other instead of working together. I would hope that whoever is in charge of AMN's IT department would make sure that both programs worked in harmony instead of directly contradicting each other. This is completely unnecessary.

Locked out and had to wait the weekend and sat on hold for an hour to get my account reset. There needs to be an authentication process to reset the account if you get locked out not just forget your password. Even the email support was not available. Now I'm trying to sign paperwork and the app keeps crashing. I hope I don't miss out on an assignment because of these issues. I will try to delete the app and download again to see if that works. This app is terrible.

It appears that my review was removed? I tried to use my phone app to pay Cobra payment as 1-time payment, not a monthly payment. The app doesn't allow this. I worked with great customer service person, Amber, but the app simply does not allow this in mobile even w/pop-ups allowed. I had to access another person's desktop computer to accomplish 1-time payment. This info needs to be disseminated to the cust service team, letters mailed and as warning in app UNTIL FIXED.

Overall, I like having the options willth everything it has available on mobile...but, one of the most used functions while on assignment does NOT work: the timecard. With the latest update, it hasn't worked at all yet- it will error out when attempting to submit one shift. Before that I had to select an on call shift for any of the additional shift info to even show up, then remember to change it back to a 'regular' shift before submitting it.

Not an ideal app to use it really sucks . Every time you use the back button it takes you out of the app then you have to keep logging in its really time consuming. The messages they send doesn't provide links to people they are telling you to contact or thinks they want you to complete. It keeps telling me to contact Christina I have no idea who she is it's says she's here to help and... And? that's it nothing after and. Very frustrating to use. Amn please update your app. Thanks

Collects personal data to login. Notifications on Android phone do not take you to the page but to the passport home. For example, clicking on a request for surgery takes me to the home page and not the survey and not being able to find the survey. My biggest complaint is that onboarding requires both email and app usage, so you have to follow extensive checklists for both. It is difficult to stay organized this way for the amount of onboarding tasks AMN requires. Please streamline onboarding.

Usability sucks. Password never saves. No functionality for my timecard and pay, though supposedly that was part of the reason to sign up. Document upload is imperfect; can't fit a normal screenshot size in the "box" and trying to expand it resulted in the box getting tinier & couldn't grab it again. Gave up on 3rd try. Lastly, no jobs in all of the US for my job title? Come on. Useless app at this point, at least for my Android. Only positive I give it is visual appeal.

Okay. I've been on the APP constantly for a few days now so: 1. Fix the login logout time frame. 2. Fix the APP where if I need to look at a verification code and switch back to the APP I don't have to log back in. 3. Fix the help options. They never respond. But I do love that I can take a picture with my phone and submit it as a document. I do love that I can access everything right there in the APP! Time/W2/Requirements/New assignments-etc.

Terrible! It closes out all the time for no reason, Its slow, it doesn't load properly. Its always an issue and its annoying. Update 1/15/21 I uninstalled, re-installed, and updated and im still having the same issue. When I try to view my contract the app closes out 09/22: Over a year and a half later and it's STILL doing the same thing!

Since my last review regarding the app freezing up and having to close down everything to restart only to have the same issue still has not been corrected. This is very frustrating when you are trying to upload documents or open up certain areas within the app I cant get any of my credentials checked off because when I click on anything it freezes up. Even though I have submitted certain documents it still says I have 7 more credentials to complete. Nothing on this app refreshes, its still saying 84% for completed credentials. How do I access this app from my laptop? I find that the AMN Passport site on my laptop is much different than the AMN Passport app on my phone. Please fix these issues it would make the credentialing process a lot easier and faster. Thanks, Nicole Sewell

The app is constantly freezing, or slow even while internet connection is great. Everytime they update something, it somehow de programs my saved information. It also makes me change my password randomly cause I can't longer log in. Really upset about this cause I need the security of this app to check my finances, contracts and enter my pay time... It's too important to have so many glitches. Y'all need to get it together immediately.

The app gives me issues when trying to upload my credentials. I've given the app all the permissions necessary to be able to do this but it continues to give me an error message saying that permissions need to be enabled to proceed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous of times and still continues to give me this issue.

won't allow me to upload any documents needed which are time sensitive. It mentions something to do with my permissions and routes me to settings. However, all permissions are allowed and it still will not allow me to go into saved files, camera, or photo gallery to upload these items. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app from scratch to no avail. Please FIX ASAP

03/2025 The app got better but still buggy at times. I feel like clear instructions into accepted format to submit documents through the app would be nice. The navigation is still not intuitive so not very user friendly specifically when searching for resources. 11/2023 Could be better. It's not user friendly and some things straight up don't work through the app such as submitting reimbursement; I had to log in on the website.
