I enter my credential it shows wrong credentials or not registered. When I try to register it shows you are already registered. It don't accept my credentials in any ways.

Worst app Always servers are down and nothing working. Even registering for vaccination doesn't give you a date but shows as pebding request for months. Now I can't book a vaccination date because of that pending request from months ago.

Impossibly to create an account. Keeps repeating the message check the ID number or date of birth despite correctly entering both. Update: Finally managed to get myself registered. Hoping to get covid vaccination soon.

This app is very bad. I can't book my vaccine bcz everytime after I've create password it keep on saying something went wrong. So bad. I have no idea how to contact the team to solve my issue.

This app is not working since last month several times almost everyday I was trying to create an account but it repeatedly says that my SCFHS data not registered need to update ur SCFHS. I decided uninstall and install thinking maybe it can help but now I can't even install the app 2days loading still pending 😔😔😔

Shame. Cannot open the app.. At first, it tells me my ID number or date of birth is wrong. The I reinstalled the app and now it tells me server return error. And I tried to contact support team. It only allows me to text the issue but there is no response till now. What a waste of time and effort.

When I first download it I registered my account because I'm planning to book for vaccine next week but after 1 week I cannot log in anymore. My screen always appeared "Server return error. Please try again later" and it almost 2 weeks I'm trying to log in every night and day 24/7 and nothing happen only OTP code I received in my inbox. Please fix this bug I already uninstalled and installed this app but nothing happen, shukran may Allah swt bless your actions.

It is one the worst apps I have used. I am trying to book Covid vaccine appointment for last 1week. For last 1 week it is unable to retrieve my Covid vaccine status even though it is showing on Sehaty and Tawakalna. Since last 2 days I am unable to even access the application. I tried to login multiple times, tried using reset my password. It is not even letting me lodge a query through the app. Absolutely useless app.

Useless,. Such a shame that this app was designed for the benefit of the health practitioner's, for an easy access. Yet, it did not deliver nor even meet it's sole purpose. Always experiencing lag, server error and no use at all. I must say.. Might as well fix first this problems before catering to what the people really need.

I can't access my account anymore. Since my old number was lost. I tried to change my number in the app, but there is no way to do so. It asked me to log out and update. Upon reopening the code is sent to my old number. I can not even make a new account. There is no way to retreive account and so. I tried to contact service via email but no response was received. It resulted to downloading sehatty just to have access of my completed vaccination form

Rubbish app with even worse support. It's been weeks since I requested a vaccination appointment and its still pending. I keep sending messages to support but being completely ignored. I don't even know if the messages I sent have actually been sent and received. There are no indicators in the app to illuminate that.

Very bad application. I try several times to make log in after previous registration but every time I got a message saying incorrect data. I contact support one week ago and got no response except for an email saying we are working to solve the problem. This waste my time and prevent me from taking the vaccine for Covid19. When will the responsible solve this problem ???

Before I updated the app, i couldn't create an account because I couldn't complete the final step. I kept getting "this SCFHS number is already taken". I e-mailed them but got no response. I thought the problem will be fixed after the update but now another problem appeared. Now, i get "server return error." I'm doing this so i could get the vaccine. What a useless app.

Its is showing my scfhs registration expired in 2023 which I renewed on time but its not syncing with the updated data.

Worst app, i can't open my account since i changed my phone number and cannot change password as they will send otp to my old number. Why cant they do it like scfhs that they only need your email address instead of phone number. I email them regarding this and give the necessary information to update my account and its more than 6 months now and nothing happen.

I've tried,numerous times, to register over the past three weeks, but unable despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times. I've been able to progress beyond the step of assigning the password with the following message appearing evey time " Something went wrong, please try again". I called the support center twice with one week interval, but unfortunately they were very unhelpful,least to say. I've also communicated the issue with them in writing with no response.
