transaction made thru online- paying my exit re entry visa- according to the app the transaction was successful. Looking up into ministry of Interior absher- they did not received it.. muqeem Snippet was sent to me zero balance. I contacted customer service, they said they cannot do anything, should I be contacting the ministry of Interior- in their end they release my money to MOI. Poor, triple zero rating, they cannot solve the problem. Change bank.

The new application is a great leap forward in electronic banking. It is modern and contains almost all the services. The user can personalise the app according to his own needs. In short, those who made negative remarks simply are not used to it. Soon, all will love it.

If i could rate a zero star, i would. This is the worst bank application of anb. So slow and always laggjng. I have to reboot my phone first before i can use this application. Only this bank application i have problems. Before the anb bank apps was ok. Until i can't open it anymore because when i open, they always send a sos to install their new application to have a much better experience. But no, what i have is a bad experience with this application.

I recently downloaded the bank's new mobile application, and I'm thrilled with the experience! The app's user-friendly interface and convenient features make managing my finances much easier. It offers quick access to account balances, effortless transfers, and secure biometric authentication. Kudos to the bank for developing such a fantastic app!

The user interface of the app is clean and easy to navigate. Downside, the app is not smooth as the previous one bec location tracking is happening for every request and you feel noticable glitch. Also, quick read capability of msg delivered is not reading the otp instead it is reading date. I think the msg format need to be altered. Ext:3249

I tried to download this new application (ANB) and for the last two months & couldn't login with my credentials till date. Each time I try to login, the App says my credentials are wrong and displays a Warning that after third wrong attempt my account will be blocked. I have phoned the Customer Agent and each time they raise a Ticket and I'm getting told that this will be resolved in next 24hrs. Just fed up with this! However I'm able to login to ANB MOBILE APP and no issue in Logging In!

Good app but not enough. Unstable sometimes and needs lots of improvements. Many countries for transfers are not included while they are easily included in many other banks in the Kingdom. On the security level they're very secured. Keeps asking for an update everytime you want to sign in and you can simply cancel it and it will still works.

Pathetic application experience. Very slow response. App logout automatically if u switch between apps or if the screen turns off. You have to authenticate every time when logging in from the browser. Gets call for authentication, have to confirm login request, put ATM card no and Pin, the Pin or OTP that's Pathetic to login. Overall, it was very disgusting and time-consuming in application and browser usage.

Better than the old version, the search bar is helpful. I wish if they can use easy access like the one SNB is doing in their app.

Something wrong with the new app! It is not convenient and takes more time to log on .. The following message comes up every time and I have to log in twice for some reason: For your protection one of your devices has been logged out. As more than one login was detected in the digital channels.

It hangs alot. Sometimes, you don't know if the transfer is done or not. It shows that the transaction is not done then you find it is done. Sometimes, it does not show the account balance when needed to make payment. It is not reliable one. It needs a plenty of enhancement and optimization to reach the others' bank mobile app.

In old application and bank website also showing updated balance. but only in this new version of application, the July outgoing and incoming transactions are still not updated in account balance. its showing old balance, Please fix this issue.

التطبيق فى مرحله تحسن عن ما كان عليه. لكن لازال غير مستقر ويحتاج إلى كثير من التحسيانت حتى يصبح فى مستوى التطبيق السابق. The app crashes easily. It is much improved compared to when it was first released. However it still needs much improvements to reach the level of the previous app

The old version was actually easy and fast to make any kinds of transactions but this new version it's very slow and i cant even make online local bank transfer or pay bills. IT either says "get source account details failed or this beneficiaries is not registered in cache.
