as a college student, this app is very helpful and I will surely recommend it to my friends, because this app is very budget friendly when it comes to students, and for my experience, what this app has done is very helpful, because I get to my destinations quickly and the fare is not expensive. The drivers are also very accommodating and kind. i will rate this app 10/10 :)

Your Angkas ride is a positive experience. It's a fast, convenient, and affordable way to get around during rush hour. Also The Angkas rider arrives promptly and provides you with a helmet. The ride is smooth and efficient, as you navigate through traffic faster than cars and taxis. The way i like the angkas app is if you open the Angkas app and enter your origin and destination. The app estimates the fare to be around PHP 150, which is significantly cheaper than a taxi.

Upon using the application for months, I had no problems with their rider service. The card payment method in the application is very prompt and shows no known bugs to me when using it, making my payments hassle free. The discounts on the application is very welcoming for new and old users alike, really easy to use and apply for bookings!

This new version is a lot more responsive and reliable compared to the older version of the app. Just a minor concern, when I installed the new version I had to sign-up for a new account so technically all my saved places in the older version are lost. Oh and another thing, I just discovered now that I cannot add my email address on my profile, not sure if this is a bug or some issues with my mobile data. It would also be great if there's an option to rebook the same ride from your history.

The Angkas app is a game-changer for getting around the city quickly and easily. It’s super user-friendly, making it a breeze to book a ride. You can even track your ride in real-time, which is really handy. A big thumbs up for offering discounts to Persons with Disabilities (PWD)! This makes Angkas not just convenient but also inclusive. The drivers are friendly and professional, and the motorcycles are clean and well-maintained. Plus, the pricing is clear.

I have a good experience with this new Angkas app compared to the old version. It opens swiftly and books much faster. Although, often it takes too long to load the options for pinning locations even though my internet is quite fast. Aside from that, so far I don't have any more concerns. The drivers I've encountered also do their services well 😊

So far, the UI is great and I like the overall feel of the application. I haven't encountered any major bugs other than issues with zooming in and out of the map when tracking the ride during or before the rider pickup. I would suggest returning the automatic "Student" option/button in the promos for those with student discount just like in the old app, so there is no need to type it manually each time. Other than that, the app is working well.

The new app started with some bugs but eventually the service delivery became consistent. The riders seem to have the same training for offering rides, they have uniform shirts and helmets. The ads and promos are relevant and up to date, however the redemptions are limited. The marketing copies of the app has been consistently witty.

I love this new upgrade to the app. It's easier for me to book riders, plus the interface is user-friendly. The staff is also very accommodating with concerns regarding the app and my PWD promo code. There are only instances when the driver is shown to be stuck in a different location, when in reality the driver has arrived already. Overall, I'm satisfied with the app and customer service. Thank you!

I highly recommend this new Angkas beta app since it is easier and faster to book. The drivers are respectful. However, there are both positives and negatives to the app, and I hope that they can improve it and hire more drivers. It is great that the drivers will accept your bookings even when they are far from your location just to help you reach your destination. Hence, it has caused inconvenience to some of the bookers due to a longer waiting time, especially if you are in a hurry.

I use Angkas everyday as a form of transpo going to work, never had an accident lucky me! My experience with angkas is great so far. But there's always room for improvement, some locations are still unable to search so you have to manually drag the pin locator, and there's no such thing as a perfect application as the digital industry keeps growing. I enjoyed some travels with riders who are kind and sweet, they always say thanks and good morning everyday, it helps to start your day positively.

The motorcar ive been using for 3 years has been the best experience. The riders are professional, and well trained with strict road discipline. They prioritize safety, event refusing to drive if your helmet isn't locked. I'd rate my experience 4.5 out of 5. The only downside is the discomfort of having a topbox when riding on the back, but otherwise, everything is perfect.
